trayertrash Posted August 4, 2015 Share Posted August 4, 2015 Hey, here's how to fix any problems with mega and how to make it upload and download faster! First, you need to make an account if you haven't already. Download the extensions, you can find them by clicking menu > apps> then the extension you want to download. Firefox will start automatically but Chrome will require you to go to the Chrome Store. When that's done, go out to the apps again and download the sync client (available for Windows, Mac & Linux) After installing, log in then select selective sync. For the fastest download, click on the mega icon, then the top right corner and copy and paste the links you want to download, separate by pushing enter. Make sure you're using the actual link, not the extension link (http://.etc not chrome-extension://) To upload, go to the megasync folder, mine automatically went into the documents folder, but you can change it by clicking the right corner > settings >advanced. You can just drop all your files in there and it will start uploading to mega. Go back to the site and you'll see a MEGAsync folder, wait until the sync client says it's 100% uploaded before you edit or move any of the files.
