The difference is that consenting adults can act out a gang rape fantasy, view porn based around their fantasy that's legal and consensual without actually wanting or needing to rape someone. It's the same idea of bdsm - you can want to do certain things to your partner and enjoy it because it's fun and consensual for the both of you, but you don't necessarily want to go around tying people up and raping them... Child exploitation though? No. There's no way around it. A child will always have to have been sexually abused and exploited for that porn to be there. A child will have to undergo sexual abuse. There is no consent. There's no way to get pornographic images of children without abuse. Our sources say when cops arrived to search the home, Salling was "shocked." We're also told Salling has already lawyered up. Law enforcement sources say the images they captured from Salling's computer were children ... significantly younger than 15 and 16 year olds. Our sources say an ex-girlfriend of Salling's tipped off cops and they investigated before the raid to make sure it wasn't a revenge allegation. We got a shot of Mark leaving the jail -- leaning back out of view in the passenger's seat -- after being booked on possession of child porn ... specifically porn involving minors "engaging in or simulating sexual conduct." We've learned the bail was set at $20,000 and his family posted it ... they put down $2k, or 10%. The law provides if there are more than 600 images, the maximum punishment is 5 years in prison.
