  1. This is one of my all-time favourite songs. <3 Amy's voice is angelic, and I love the bittersweet mixture of the sad lyrics and the happy, boppy melody. Plus, Trisha Paytas is in the video! :hail: How could it get better?

  2. Lemme steal all these Kim Petras covers for my iTunes... I love the work you did on those and the Charli! Keep it up boo!
  3. I definitely prefer Coke over Pepsi, which is pretty much at the bottom of my list. :/ But I try my best to stay away from both because there's just so much damn sugar!
  4. I wish I could be more excited for this, but every track we've gotten so far has been a little boring...
  5. I assume that @Whoknowsmehere works for a non-for-profit organisation and wears a business shirt and tie every day.
  6. I've never even heard of it! It does look pretty good, although after committing so much to my Fallout settlements I can't imagine doing the same thing again in another game...
  7. We still haven't done this... I've never played Half Life but my dad used to be obsessed with it! He would play it every night for hours, which is probably why I never got into it...
  8. Don't worry honey, that was Natalia Kills! Teddy Sinclair is a changed woman!
  9. Sia - Quit vs. Kylie Minogue - Giving You Up
  10. WOAH. The attention to detail on this is seriously stunning! Although I have to say, I'm more than happy to just watch the trailer...I don't think I could handle more than five minutes of a side scroller.
  11. But anytime y'all get someone extra like @Joan you want me to ban them! You can't have it both ways!
  12. I'm surprised they blocked you from viewing a music video...Most of the time it seems like musicians can get away with anything on YouTube and it's only the vloggers who get banned for saying the word "gay".
  13. The second one is perfect! Classy, elegant, and it fits the music really well. Great job!
  14. I'm super late to this, but for me the most surprising artists of 2018 were Kim Petras and Shawn Mendes! Kim was a totally new find for me but she impressed me so much with her brilliant songwriting and unique productions. On the other hand, Shawn is an artist who I wrote off as a boring teen idol, but some of the music off his latest album is brilliant. 'In My Blood' and 'Lost In Japan' especially are both brilliant! As for the biggest disappointment, I definitely have to give the dubious honour to Ariana. I was never a stan of hers but she always had at least a couple of good standout tracks on each album, but Sweetener was just a total mess from start to finish. Even the stuff from her newer album has been disappointing imo. It's a shame because she has talent but she's definitely gone down the wrong path with this music.

  16. We love achievable goals!
  17. Wait, no! Fanta, Fanta! No Coke!
  18. Coke, coke! No pepsi!
  19. I'm bookmarking this post, and I'm not gonna let you forget about it.
  20. Idk, I read once that Brad and Angelina used to sleep with all of their kids in one big bed, and I thought it was the cutest thing I ever heard. I don't think it's that much of a leap from Brangelina sleeping with their adopted children to Michael sleeping with kids he might have thought of as his own children. I guess I would just hate to think that incidents and allegations like this would make people nervous about giving love or support to kids, regardless of whether it's their children or not. I know even for me I sometimes feel nervous walking past schools because I worry that people will see me and think I'm trying to prey on their children or something. It's a totally irrational fear and no one's ever actually said anything to me. But I just don't want to have a culture of distance between adults and children because people are worried about being accused of pedophilia.
  21. Baby, you're so right! Especially when I was younger, I used to play through the whole Monster Ball DVD and sing along to every word. My hairography was on point! Let's see...I'm gonna assume that @Tweener has never had sex with a girl.
  22. While I don't disagree with you on the whole, I do think it's sad that we have to view Michael as "wildly inappropriate". There's nothing inherently wrong with him choosing the company of children, especially given everything he went through himself as a child. I think he felt as though he had no real childhood and so tried to live vicariously through these kids - which, if directed in the right way, could be an attitude that would do a whole lot of good for people.
  23. I was actually talking about this with my friend at work today! It really is an interesting situation, and I'm in very split minds about it. On the one hand, I can't see why these two men would come forward with their stories when there's really no incentive of fame or money in it for them. If anything, if all they wanted was money it would be smarter for them to take his estate to court and try and make some money out of a lawsuit instead of signing onto a documentary which I don't believe they got paid for. On the other hand, the FBI conducted a criminal investigation into MJ for over ten years and didn't find any evidence to charge him with. Given that this was such a big case and he was such a famous man, I can imagine they would have been using every tool and worker at their disposal in order to find some kind of evidence, so the fact they didn't should say something about his innocence. Either way, I question if there's really any point for me in watching the documentary. Michael has been dead for many years and he has no ability to defend himself against these claims. Given that he's dead and the two guys really have no way of proving things one way or another, all this documentary is really doing is upsetting people and destroying their positive memories which may be associated with his music. With that said, if I had to go with my gut instinct I would guess that he's guilty. These rumours have been going around for as long as I can remember, and I would have to imagine that where there's smoke there's fire.
