Britney deserves a halftime show, but I don't think it's any secret her mental health has been suffering in recent years. She would have killed it in 2016 though! Say what you want about Rihanna's lack of talent, but the most important thing is she puts on a good show. Katy isn't a great technical vocalist or dancer either but her Super Bowl show was still entertaining. Taylor would probably do a decent job as well but her personality annoys me so I just don't want to see her win. I don't watch the game, but I always catch the Half Time show on YouTube afterwards. There's some iconic moments in there sis!

I can understand her skipping performances, but the fact that she wouldn't sign vinyls that were probably done a month ago is off to me. I wouldn't be surprised if she left the group by the end of the year.

I like his music, but imo he's not a well-established/interesting enough live act to perform at the Super Bowl. He's got a great voice but I can't imagine him jumping from the roof or floating around on a firework... Plus his music is so dark and edgy that I don't feel like it's right for a fun celebratory show. We'll see how it goes though I guess!

I'm honestly surprised given that Little Mix's singles did sooo much better than Kylie. I guess she maybe has less pop culture relevance these days but her core fanbase is still stronger than LMs. Yes, but only if Dame Shirley Bassey can get the week after! Spread the love!

As much as I like both albums, I have to say that I want Kylie to win this one! Little Mix feels like they still haven't reached their full potential to me, whereas Kylie is coming off like a girl on top of her game. Plus, it would be awesome to see a 50-something year old woman have a #1 album. What do you guys think?

They're also very clearly right-leaning and their comments section is full of sexist, racist, homophobic remarks...I wouldn't call them a reliable source, but you do you! Either way, they apparently never called PA for Biden in the first place, so nothing has actually changed there. It's sad that LGBT people would vote for someone who's taken away trans rights, doesn't support gay marriage and whose presidency has led to a 12% jump in hate crimes. Still, people on here also support Ava Max's singing career so it wouldn't be the worst thing that's happened on PHF!

I've literally never heard of this publication, so I find it hard to believe it's "one of the most respected media outlets". Either way, I hope for a safe and rational transference of power to whoever the next president is!

After days of counting, Joe Biden has been confirmed as the next President of the United States of America! Not the best possible candidate in my opinion but honestly a five year old would do a better job than that egomaniac we had around for four years. YES! 'Don't Hang Up', 'Trouble' and 'Get Back' all need more attention! 'Don't Hang Up' in particular is probably one of my favourite songs from her...It's such a chill vibe and a catchy hook.

The other day I was watching a TV special that the Spice Girls did back in 1998. It was back in the prime of their fame and they had a huge crowd of fans waiting inside the studio and outside too! More than having a lot of fans, though, the energy in the room was just electric and you could feel it even through the bad 90s home video quality. It occurred to me that only a handful of artists have ever achieved that real level of mania, and that I haven't seen anyone have that type of fame for quite a while. It's not just about having #1 hits or a lot of Twitter followers - it's about a whole phenomena! The last few artists that I can think of who had that type of fame would be Gaga, especially during the Born This Way era where she was selling a whole lifestyle and way of living life on top of her music; Justin Bieber during his first era; and maybe One Direction after they started blowing up in the States. With that said, I can't think of any current acts who have achieved that level of fame. The only artists I can think of who are maaaybe almost there are BTS - but even then I still feel like they're kind of "underground" outside of Korea. When it comes to pop girls, the only one I can think of who's nearing that level is maybe Ariana. She has a distinct look with her high ponytail, a very specific way of singing and writing songs, and she hasn't been out of the press ever since she released her first album. Everytime she releases an album it's a big deal! But even then I'm still kind of unsure if she'll be remembered in 50 years time in the same way as The Beatles or Michael Jackson are... What do you guys think? Are any of the new pop girls "iconic", or will they ever be? Or is it just too difficult to achieve that level of mania nowadays with media working so differently from it used to? Let me know your thoughts! And if anyone tries to argue that Cassadee Pope is "iconic" I will ban you from this forum!

The song is really well written too, especially the chorus. I still think your production skills are your best talents so far. Keep it up boo, you have a lot to offer!
