The sad thing is that she has so much other material, apart from the Epic material that she could be releasing... Stuff she owns the rights and masters to.7 points

Well, we're way past mid August I'm honestly not holding out any hope whatsoever, I've got to say she does have balls though--going on podcasts and making a big announcement about how she's dropping two full-length albums 💀 Girls, don't tell me that someone who's been working in the music biz nonstop since forever would discover some major legal complications last minute. We were literally at "mixing the album as I'm printing the CDs" just a couple of weeks ago and now we're back to "can't release any of the songs I own masters to, sorry it's out of my hands" ???? And when will she realize it might be better to just put out whatever music she can legally release atm instead of waiting for some drawn out legal process to come to an end?4 points

At this point we're so starved as far as official releases go that I'd take literally anything. I mean, all of us BonBons have had to master the fine intricacies of living in a world where Bonnie puts out 1x official single per year, and the leaks are definitely helping me cope and maintain some sort of mental balance.... but the way she legit retired after Lovely (which wasn't even original material, but a random cover)??? I know we got the LVCRFT songs, Bad Flops Go to Hell, and Kick Your Flops Off (From Epic) but those were literally just an alternative way for her to get coin and none of the songs were an era the way Bombastic was. Even Thorns was a bigger moment than all of the recent songs combined. One thing is for sure, I gotta hand it to Warner--they really go the extra mile to make sure the posterity never forgets about Trouble. You could probably go to an isolated monastery somewhere in the mountains of Tibet and you'd find a copy of Trouble perched at the alter. And I love the fact she hates it, yet it's the first thing that search engines everywhere return when you look up her music. This is what you get when you don't know how to play the game.3 points

Lmao 🤣 I don't hate the album as a body of work per se, I just think it's ridiculous those songs are everywhere, yet the music she made throughout 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 is rotting on a dusty hard-drive thus creating this awkward gap in her discography with nothing documenting her evolution. If she'd released Trouble (2004) then the 'Teenage Heart' (2009) record AND followed it up with the Epic album (2014) you'd have a nice succession of records with 5 year breaks inbetween each clearly demonstrating a progression of her style and sound towards bubblegum pop. The way things are now just makes her look very schizophrenic as an artist.... like, say I'm a new fan and I love American Girl or Mad Mad World--wanting more of that sound, I go on Apple Music only to find an album full of acoustic ballads about teenage heartbreak. Then a random 4-track EP from 2015 that, once again, sounds a bit disconnected from the rest of her releases. I wonder if the state of her discography is another reason for her lack of success. Imagine if Carly Rae Jepsen only had Tug of War (2008) to her name, then Call Me Maybe - Single, and the rest of her discography was never released (but leaked all over the Internet).2 points

She should be set on releasing an EP every year. If she can’t drop the album by the end of the year she should drop 4 or 5 new songs she does have the rights of2 points

And by the time the Epic stuff comes, it'll be another 10+ years before we get that.2 points

Of course not. August 31 is essentially over and nothing has happened (nor will it do this month). I honestly don't see it happening at all this year, based on the legal issues that she is still involved in, trying to get back the rights of remaining songs. Processes like those take usually long af to be cleared, which is understandable. I've said it before - but if I was her and if this legal issue was still one the table, I wouldn't have teased anything at all just yet. It's not happening soon.2 points

Exactly! I guess that is a big fat factor. And the Carly example is the perfect way to picture it. It also reminded me my intention of getting into Carly's music1 point

Not this video accidentally referring 31 Seconds Alone. Also also if Nervo demoed any other K$ songs, I need them.1 point

pretty sure it's older production cause it doesn't have the guitar from what we heard, nor the live drums. however, it does have completely new vocal takes for the chorus.1 point

Whoa, thanks for bringing this up! I found these Bebe Rexha scrapped tracklists. A.Y.F. original album tracklist: Atmosphere Small Doses Got You F.F.F. (feat. G-Eazy) Bad Bitch (feat. Ty Dolla $ign) Between Us Gateway Drug Naughty No Broken Hearts (feat. Nicki Minaj) The Way I Are All Your Fault, Pt. 2 scrapped tracklist: Sleeping Like a Baby Comfortable The Way I Are Naughty (Not) The One Apple Better Mistakes original tracklist: Break My Heart Myself Sabotage ? Better Mistakes ? My Dear Love (feat. Trevor Daniel & Ty Dolla $ign) Amore (feat. Rick Ross) Empty ? I Wish I Was My Boyfriend When I Broke Up with You (feat. Nick Jonas) Disappointed Mama On the Go (feat. Pink Sweat$) Cruel Cruel World Heaven Sent (feat. Pete Wentz) I'm guessing track 3 would be Trust Fall and track 5 Sacrifice, while for the 9th I have no idea, maybe Alien or 10 Minutes? And the last three were bonus for the deluxe. Then, from the final version she released, there was a planned new deluxe intended to include Alien, Posers, 10 Minutes, Firestarter and Cruel Cruel World, but I don't know the order lol.1 point

I don't get the hate for Trouble tbh. I get it, she probably gets reminded of the things that caused trauma* for her, but not only it's her debut album, but also her best! *-what if the trauma is actually her releasing a body of work?0 points

She should just give up on trying to release the Epic album since Summer is near End. #Leak_Epic_Finals (left songs)0 points

I mean, she didn't deny that it's coming in 2030? So I'd still keep my hopes up, 7 summers to go0 points
