Ariana Grande to play in "Hairspray Live!"

Ariana Grande just announced some exciting news…she’s playing Penny in Hairspray Live!, which will air in December on NBC!

Kristin Chenoweth, Harvey Fierstein, Jennifer Hudson, Derek Hough, and Maddie Baillio will also star in the live show. It will air on December 7 on NBC.

Ive seen Hairspray many times and many different Pennys: I loved Diana DeGarmo she was fantastic.
