You can expect some very nice people and some very good music. (I know, good music can be very subjective). As far as - "when/where/how often to post"? When? - As often as you choose. Where? - In the appropriate section. How often? - See answer to "When". But the most important thing to remember is.......Have fun, and don't let the nerves get to you.
