Are the rumours of a deluxe edition legit and if so, does anyone know if it will be pressed up to CD & Vinyl like the regular edition (which I have)?

My CD finally arrived. I didn’t realize when I ordered from her site that I was paying £8 for her autograph (my CD cost £21). Now the autograph copies have run-out, the non-autograph copies from her site are selling for only £13 (minus shipping + handling).

Psychological thriller apparently.

I finally got around to ordering the CD. I almost ordered the vinyl as well but decided to wait.

I still can’t believe this actually happened. When I heard about the application for the marriage license I never quite believed it was for an actual real marriage. I thought it was something to do with an up coming portion of media for the album.

They could record shit 250 years ago? 🫠

I have a couple of the largest iPods that were manufactured (256 gb). In the years since, I adapted to having Spotify on various iPhones. I didn’t realise there are people out there who modify iPods or that their use (as a separate entity from the iPhone line) is still even a thing in the 2020’s. Dependent upon your taste I’d be curious to know what CDs you are thinking of ripping.

I think that for much of their separate careers Selena and Demi (Lovato) have been perceived by many to have pretty much an equal footing. They are now a long way in to adulthood but it was always inevitable a point in time would be reached when one of them would pull in front, expand upon their audience, attracting a wider demographic than what they set out with at the start of their separate journeys in the entertainment industry. I don’t think anyone serious would argue Selena is a match for Demi’s superior vocal range, but against all odds Selena has turned out to have an instinctive, almost chameleon like quality which first began to reveal itself in her more left field music and visuals. This same quality has now inexplicably expanded in to her acceptance by the international film community which includes some of the most artistic and cultured people in entertainment. The indie side of which is a fertile and creative breeding ground for any entertainer who seeks artistic growth. I’m genuinely fascinated as to where Selena is heading now as it appears she has a very talented manager and Selena is consequently now on the precipice of delving more deeply in to the artistic side of the industry and abandoning the formulaic, strictly commercial hamster wheel she has been on for so long.

I don’t think she will. After the market reaction to her two most recent singles, I think her label finally accept she has outgrown that style and are only now ready to let her travel further down her other more left of center, alt leaning musical path which many (including myself) have been crying out for her to revisit. Only her label were not planning on her going there so it’s taking a while to reset, recalibrate and to approach the music from a different angle.

This places her in an excellent position as an actress with an increasingly respected and growing reputation from the wider A-List film community in the lead up to what I’m sure is going to be her magnum acting opus in the form of the forthcoming Linda Ronstadt biopic.

I’m curious how you discovered this album? I found it a few years ago and was low-key impressed with it. I know it’s Japanese but even some people I perceive to be hardcore K-Pop Stan’s (which I am not), who I assumed would somehow still know about it, had not even heard of it.

I’ve nothing against her (I do wish her more recent material was better). It wouldn’t put me off her if she were a coke head tbh. It’s a whole lot more interesting than whose dick she’s bouncing off on any given month. She needs a Britney head shave or a Madonna ‘Sex’ book moment. This whole ‘America’s Sweetheart’ thing has become cloying. Her most recent hair do, does kind of scream ‘junkie’ to me, plus I think it’s insane that she instructs all stylist’s never to select anything for her that the south could perceive as ‘slutty’. As a pop star, sooner or later (in her case later) she has a moral obligation to become messy, if this is the beginning of that for her then consider me perched. In the above picture you can clearly see the iris’s of her eyes which is a sure sign she hadn’t yet powdered her nose at that point.
