Finally got around to watching this movie yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised! Sure, the plot is a little formulaic and I'm still not that into the trappy, rappy, generic Kpop sound BUT the characters are well written, the world is fun and the Korean mythological references were interesting and unique. And I can't deny Golden is very catchy Did you guys watch this one too?

I think I'd go for He Knows too! Maybe it's not the best representation of the album but the chorus is undeniably fun and I think with a couple of live performances with her and Nas it could have done better on the charts. But tbh, I think if I was her I would have been chasing less commercial success this era and more leaned into her group of core fans and just tried to make them happy. I don't think she's necessarily ever gonna be the next Britney Spears at this point

You're being too generous to I Luv It It's the most boring song on a pretty interesting album and it should never have been released as a single None of the girls solo careers have really popped off other than Camila's so I think this is probably a smart move from them. But I can't see them having any newfound success as a group outside of maaaybe some touring

The police officer who witnessed the crime happening denied these claims of homophobia from Amber's team by responding that she is gay I find it weird you would oppose an instance when domestic violence is actually responded to and charged appropriately when your whole point is that that's something that happens too rarely. There's no excuse for a person beating another person, period. Afaik, Rihanna has never been accused by any partner of being abusive and I don't think ANYONE could make a claim that her abuse was deserved or mutual
