  1. I know it's been months but I'm still absolutely floored at the amount of time, energy and MONEY she put into re-releasing, re-recording and shooting videos and undertaking amazing photo shoots for Hot City. The way the whole thing came to life is just INSANE and I am so so grateful. After what felt like 10 years of screeching for her to release an album, she came through in such a big big way. I'm so grateful. Artists talk a lot about "loving" their fans but Bonnie truly truly truly came through with what was truly a labour of love for her fans. PLUS also to herself - doing justice to what always was an incredible, poptastic project that had no right being shelved or kept from her fans who loved it. So a big pat on the back for Bonnie, and for the fans who supported her throughout her career.

  2. had a nice convo with Bonnie tonight at Lu Kala's LA show. she said she's excited for HC deluxe, mentioned her other album she has 75% done, and is itching to make new new music that's kinda darker but still danceable. she's such a sweetheart, such a warm light energy. also i told her how much i love Sexin U lol she kinda laughed and was like 'yeah a lot of fans like that one' 😁

  3. I know it must be a hard pill to swallow, being that she was writing all these #1 singles, but to hear her say that she doesn't care about chart position and wanted to put out this album for the fans, carries more weight than any artist thanking their fans. Recognizing all the money, effort, time, etc that Bonnie has put into getting Hot City out, and now finding all these interview opportunities herself to further promo the album, Bonnie really is the PHF Queen!

  4. copy pasted from atrl: Bonnie did a little live on her Substack and confirmed all of this: These are the confirmed tracks on Hot City Deluxe: Wild Card (originally written for Britney, it was the hardest song to get clearance for... with the label and stuff, might get a feature she is still debating) Somebody's gonna Get Hurt (also a bit of a headache to get the approval for release since it was payed in full by Epic, but she did it) Dashboard Outlaw Last Call Lover (it was discussed it might be too good to be in the deluxe?? so it might be released as a stand alone single, but she promises it's going to be released either way) Rewind Your Heart (with a feature, she did not say who) She's going to be uploading a link for her short film «April Kills the Vibe» in her Substack (if any of you want to support her ) She showed some Hot City merch that is coming to her shop (actually VERY cute! the best graphics tees i've seen from her) The music video for Forever 21 was accepted into the Tribeca Film Festival, she'll be in New York next week. If any of you are there, she said she'll happily sign stuff and meet you She said that going through the vault again for the deluxe was a pain but she's happy it is done and that she can move on from this songs. THANK GOD in my opinion because I can't wait for her to actually release new music (that we don't have demos of). In summary I was super impressed by her work ethic in getting this done and her commitment to the fans that wanted these tracks (I'm pretty sure that if it was up to her she would have moved on already). I also feel she feels to much what people say about the tracks and the changes made to the demos, it was always a battle in her mind if she should make changes to the tracks or not but doesn't want fans to be upset . I kinda wanted to give her a hug at the end (I wish she would just release what she likes and trust her artistic vision without worrying about fans reaction... edit: the remix is Electric Heaven, NOT RYH

  6. I know the public is arguing that 2024 is the year of Charli, Chappell & Sabrina, but 2024 is really the year of Bonnie. Let's be real.

  7. Considering how scarce were her releases after the Bombastic EP, I'm so grateful by how many things Bonnie has given us just this year: apart from the Hot City album, which was already a huge deal obviously, and would be enough to satisfy the fans, she also graced us with 2 more music videos, Rendezvous in partnership with Spotify, two EPs with additional versions of American Girl and Sleepwalker, and a tour (for those lucky enough to live in the United States). Not to mention the physical copies of Hot City. I really appreciate that, I hope she continues to be this prolific.

  8. Omg time really flies, I cannot believe this week this wonderful album turns 1. Still bopping to it very very often, and still can't believe we finally got it. It's so surreal, it all. Can't wait for the deluxe! Which I forgot was still coming lol

  9. Wild Card, Outlaw, Somebody’s Gonna Get Hurt, Dashboard, Last Call Lover (possibly as a standalone single instead of on the deluxe) and an Electric Heaven remix with a feature (possibly Bebe Rexha?)

  11. I’m so happy she did CD’s… a lot of artist’s don’t care to nowadays, but they’re actually very profitable. It’s also so refreshing to own the music physically, and very stress-reducing. If something ever goes wrong with the distribution, I’ll always own the CD!

  12. It's not anything new. They're presumably reacting to that new interview where she once again discusses the time she ran into Lana and they had a conversation about Bonnie's career, which sorta kickstarted Bonnie's drive to release the Hot City sessions.

  13. im not. she should stay independent imo. her last two deals treated her like shit and i wouldn't be surprised if that was why she's rejected them. regardless if interscope is a better label compared to epic for example

  14. Also remembered this about Britney's Femme Fatale: -There wasn't a final tracklist until late February of 2011, she was still recording music in February, but the only song we know off is Big Fat Bass. -According to an alleged Insider in Pop Justice forum, Switch You On and Antidote were part of the early 2011 tracklist but they were dropped in exchange of other tracks, including Will.i.ams. Switch You On is registered in ASCAP under Fraser T Smith and Nicole Morier, but the latter's surname name is misspelled as "Mourier" which makes me question it's legitimately. (Take the whole thing with a grain of salt) -Darkchild worked with Britney on more songs than the ones that made the cut, one was called Push My Detonator and the other one is titled Dirty White T-Shirt, co-written by Mickey Shiloh. This information comes from a person on ATRL who claimed to have ties with someone on Darkchild'a camp but seems legitimate, as there's a song called "Detonator" registered on BMI under Jerkins' and Shiloh's names.

  15. i can't believe this time 3 years ago we were in the middle of the album leaking.

  16. Sometimes I still can't believe we have Hot City, the album. Let alone on vinyl! If it came out in 2014, for sure it wouldn't be on vinyl and we all know Epic Records would never do a vinyl re-release because they hate their artists. #Justice4Karmin

  17. she did the Halloween EP for real!!! awesome idea. no new music just a Sleepwalker remix but the cover is great and now the LVCRFT songs have a home.

  18. I... don't think the parts she teased are the new versions. She said she was going to dig up some old tracks (as opposite to her already having done it), so I guess she took the old versions and teased them. That's why Sexin U still sounds unfinished af, I didn't hear no difference compared to the leaked file.

  20. Hayley Williams - EGO (2025) It was such a strange move to put all songs as singles imo, mostly because I'm always a more album-driven listener so here's my attempt at reworking this 'playlist' into a cohesive album (which already is either way). Album cover: The "I Won't Quit on You" single artwork works perfectly imo. Tracklist: Kill Me True Believer Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party Negative Self Talk Mirtazapine Glum Ice in My OJ Hard Whim Dream Girl in Shibuya Love Me Different Disappearing Man I Won't Quit on You Singles. If this was a regular album rollout, I'd pick these as singles to promote it: "Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party" "Glum" "Love Me Different" "Kill Me" "Hard"

  21. I hope she goes with #2! But I also secretly hope somebody is able to edit #3 into the song when it drops on the deluxe so we can have both

  22. Yeah the original bridge is not great, but that version 2 sounds incredible! She should choose that, it would elevate the song even more Also YES at SGGH being confirmed for the deluxe

  23. Lifted EP by CL (2016) 1. Birthday (unleaked) 2. Dr. Pepper (feat. Diplo, RiFF RAFF & OG Maco) 3. Hello Bitches 4. Fallin' (unleaked) 5. Lifted 6. One (idk if this is real) 7. Superdupa (feat. will.i.am) (idk if this is real) Thought I'd share after we got some new CL leaks. This is presumably the "sampler" EP CL was talking about in a 2015 interview, found on a 2EN1wiki page. All In not being there is weird to me so maybe the ep was scrapped and she was working on the album. Not sure if this tracklist is real but some of these songs are defo real based on 2015 forum posts

  24. I'm guessing the feature on Electric Heaven is Bebe Rexha, no? She recently followed her on IG even though they've had worked together before.

  25. Okay just subscribed to the non-free version Bonnie's Substack and it's still WIP apparently, there's no chat yet and there's only the vid of All Yours she also published on Insta along with some stuff she wanted to share about how songwriting Pop music works. Excited to see what's coming next tho!

  27. Now I'm just taking a shot in the dark here, but I'm guessing she'll release it around the one year anniversary of Hot City's release! Which I think would be so iconic.

  28. She said back in December that the deluxe will come this year. Personally I doubt she'll do physicals for it, but she can always surprise us!

  32. The Interviewer absolutely did not use his Opportunity to talk to Bonnie correctly. Can someone on this Website do a little special Podcast with Questions from us? I'm sure Bonnie would like to do that and I think we'd have the best Questions and most interesting ones.

  33. wish we did icl. I think all we know is that the album had these tracks: One Obsession 17 Haters Anonymous Traces Sex Rules 108 99 Tears Too Many Boys American Dream (Unconfirmed, tho the producer, FrankMusick, was said to have been on the album, tho this was the only song he recorded with Sky) I think Untouchable was on the album at one point since she posted the final snippet on her soundcloud. Cobra also has a finished format so maybe that was on the album too. Watcha Gonna Do was a B Side to One, could have been on the album, maybe not. Speaking of scrapped albums with currently missing drafts, I NEED the Poppy Bubblebath album tracklist. It was most likely finished since it had a set release date in 2015.

  34. Following the highly-acclaimed Spirit, Echo was Leona Lewis' second studio album. It saw her working with many "name" producers, such as: Max Martin, Harvey Mason Jnr, John Shanks & Ryan Tedder, among others, however, Sycoā¤much like with the release of Spiritā¤mishandled the fuck out of this era. "Happy" was the album's lead single and while praised by critics, I felt like it provided a false start to the era, and isn't a single-worthy release. I would have kicked-off the era with its second single, "I Got You" and went from there. Praised as the next Mariah Carey, CĆ©line Dion & Whitney Houston, I do believe Lewis was always set up to fail by Syco and her management, and it's unfortunate because of her powerful gift. Track listing Happy I Got You Love Letter Can't Breathe You Don't Care Outta My Head Brave My Hands Alive Don't Let Me Down Fly Here Now Broken Naked Singles I Got You Can't Breathe Outta My Head Don't Let Me Down Broken

  35. Found some great videos from the Vegas show: Also, Bonnie announced a second pressing of the Hot City vinyl, available through her webstore. Now that the tour with Kiesza is over, hopefully we'll get an update on Hot City deluxe soon! She did tease that a Halloween surprise was coming as well.

  39. It would be nice to get Right Now but iirc she alluded to the song not being released due to Puke's involvement in it. I may be wrong but I kinda recall that being mentioned in an interview or something recently-ish. It would be nice for her to do a new version completely apart from Puke but I doubt it'd happen. THIS WOULD BE AMAZING! I was thinking about it the other day. Even if not a full album, she could chunk I Get What I Want, Modern Girl, Always on My Mind and Wings to make it a sort of mini-album. Wild Heart is a must too, and Restless and Catching Feelings are bops as well... She was shining through and through during the Bombastic sessions. Bonnie, what do you say? Bombastic (10th Anniversary Edition) Restless Bombastic Good Day for Love Wild Heart I Want It All Catching Feelings I Get What I Want Modern Girl Wasted Youth Easy Always on My Mind Wings

  40. Outlaw is a MUST!!! Dashboard sounds amazing as well! I'm not too familiar with the leaks from that Era aside the ones that made the Album, so I'll eat up everything she serves! I'm so happy she is making sure we're being fed, LOVE YOU BONNIE ᔣ𐭩

  41. "Wild Heart" has always been one I enjoyed. "Hit Me Up", "Wicked" and "Restless" are also at the top of my list, but I don't think those are being considered for this deluxe.

  42. Bebe Rexha - Expectations (22 June 2018). Let me introduce a brand new artwork as the original is pretty much something I dislike: This version omits previously released songs "I Got You" and "Meant to Be" (they don't fit in the album + they were on EPs already) and has a better rollout, allowing a longer era that extends through most of the year. Singles: "I'm a Mess" (8 February 2018) "Knees" (13 April 2018) "Ferrari" (25 May 2018) "The Little Things" (13 July 2018, post-album) "2 Souls on Fire" (14 September 2018, post-album) Tracklist: Ferrari I'm a Mess 2 Souls on Fire (feat. Quavo) Shining Star Knees Self Control The Little Things Sad Steady (feat. Tory Lanez) Pillow Matches Grace Nothing at All Target/Japanese bonus track; included as a b-side on the "Knees" single release Also some b-sides for the singles: "Don't Get Any Closer", b-side for "I'm a Mess". "Nothing at All", b-side for "Knees", later included as a Target/Japanese bonus track. "Grave", b-side for "Ferrari". "Distract Me", b-side for "The Little Things". "Mine", b-side for "2 Souls on Fire".

  43. Oh no please not Wild Card lol that chorus is so boring BUT everything else on it would work wonders! A final Sexin U would be THE DREAM, and that Dashboard song she teased sounds amazing too! Also justice for Somebody's Gonna Get Hurt! It should've been in the standard. Outlaw has been requested by some people iirc, but probably too few for Bonnie to notice. If she swaps Wild Card with Soundtrack to the End, that would be a MASTER move. So Bonnie. Dashboard Sexin U Outlaw Somebody's Gonna Get Hurt Soundtrack to the End Slapping those 5 tracks at the end of the album would be a STELLAR deluxe edition

  44. Iggy Azalea - The New Classic. Taken from a picture of Iggy's notebook in the studio, this tracklist was shared on 8 August 2013, and seemingly has 2 versions of the draft. Version 1: Walk the Line Work Change Your Life New Bitch Cheeks* Goddess Don't Need Y'all Rolex Lady Patra Impossible Is Nothing Monkey* Dibby Sound* Leave It (early version of Fancy) with the following without a track number: Fuck Love Live a Little Last Plane* Hilife* Live Free* Version 2, seemingly more recent: Walk the Line Goddess Don't Need Y'all Lady Patra Rolex Leave It (early version of Fancy) Live a Little New Bitch Cheeks* Impossible Is Nothing Change Your Life Fuck Love Last Plane* Hilife* Monkey* Dibby Sound* *=unleaked Strangely, version 2 omits lead single Work, which could indicate it was temporarily scrapped from the record. Also, Bounce is nowhere to be found in this draft.
