Hayley Williams - EGO (2025) It was such a strange move to put all songs as singles imo, mostly because I'm always a more album-driven listener so here's my attempt at reworking this 'playlist' into a cohesive album (which already is either way). Album cover: The "I Won't Quit on You" single artwork works perfectly imo. Tracklist: Kill Me True Believer Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party Negative Self Talk Mirtazapine Glum Ice in My OJ Hard Whim Dream Girl in Shibuya Love Me Different Disappearing Man I Won't Quit on You Singles. If this was a regular album rollout, I'd pick these as singles to promote it: "Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party" "Glum" "Love Me Different" "Kill Me" "Hard"

I hope she goes with #2! But I also secretly hope somebody is able to edit #3 into the song when it drops on the deluxe so we can have both

Yeah the original bridge is not great, but that version 2 sounds incredible! She should choose that, it would elevate the song even more Also YES at SGGH being confirmed for the deluxe

I Said I Love You First... And You Said It Back (2025) The standard album is surprise-released on May 2, 2025 and is followed by the deluxe album one week later. I think the album would benefit from being released later in the year; a lot of these songs feel very summery. It did not make any sense releasing it in the winter/spring, when Talk, Sunset Blvd, and especially Bluest Flame feel like contenders for Song of the Summer. Beyond that, by April/May, the notion that 2025 had been a dry year for music had become a popular one and, if I Said I Love You First were released then, I feel as though a lot of people would be much more eager to listen to it. A fresh pop album by a major celebrity is what people were clamoring for, and May would’ve been the time to do it. A surprise release has also been successful for Selena in the past, with De Una Vez in 2021 and Scared of Loving You in 2025. Both did well as promotional singles, and doing the same strategy for an album would be a bold move, but something worth exploring. Call Me When You Break Up would be promoted as the focus track alongside the album release and would act as a promotional single, followed by Ojos Tristes and Bluest Flame being released as singles simultaneously to US hot adult contemporary radio and US pop radio, respectively, upon going viral on social media. When the deluxe album is released on May 9, Stained would be released as the focus track. Sunset Blvd would also be released as a promotional single with a music video on June 21, the first official day of summer. In the fall, Guess You Could Say I’m in Love would be promoted with a music video and would impact several radio formats, including pop radio, hot adult contemporary radio, alternative radio, etc. Tracklist 1. The reason she put them out as singles because she "felt she needed to write" and never set out to make an album, but it's cool to see how other people interpret her art for the psychical press. Also like seeing a condensed version too, some songs do blend in a bit too much with the album imo

I made a k-pop style photocard of Halsey ahead of BADLANDS' 10th Anniversary. I'm actually going to get a small batch of these printed, mostly for myself ofc but also to give/send out to friends who are also really big fans of hers! I put a really stupid amount of thought into this. My original idea was to do one for each era, but the thing with the k-pop PCs is that they're usually very specifically selfies that were taken on the set of an album photoshoot or one of the music videos. I am having an impossible time doing that for any other era lmfao. I was also really excited to find some Hurricane lyrics in her handwriting to include!

Seconded. The filenames are, at bare minimum, impeccably researched beyond just what I've put here, down to session dates and even how certain producers like to name their files. I Said I Love You First by Selena Gomez (2025) (cover by angyl) Tracklist I wasn't expecting to like this album as much as I did. I find it Selena's most cohesive project to date, weirdly enough, and therefore it doesn't really need a re-arrange, but Talk was ROBBED from the standard and I think Love On fits this album so well instead of Can't Get Enough, which I understand why it was on the album but overall it just doesn't work. But yeah, overall a really enjoyable album. Bluest Flame is such a gag.

Lmao, some are admittedly exaggerated but some are valid. The ones I know of now are that the main big companies are apparently funding Israel. But for loona specifically they were being mentally & verbally abused. Over worked while not being paid at all since the first member debuted in 2016 through 2022 when they disbanded. All 12 members + staff living in a 4 bedroom “dorm” I believe while being monitored on what they eat & the staff would punish them for trying to sneak food while at music shows, performances or filming. Any official streams go directly to BBC (blockberry creative) to help them get out of their money laundering debt & to suing the girls. So that’s why I use the ripped cds to listen to them from the iPhone music app 😅 there’s a group called fiftyfifty (Cupid was popular & they were on the Barbie soundtrack) had similar experiences to loona so they’re on the boycott list so the company doesn’t gain from their established fan base with the new members they brought in after the original ones left. needless to say I don’t stream Kesha given the doctor Luke thing. I also use local files for her.

And to think that Leona actually had a pretty good run (4 albums under them). I'm sure there's other reasons but they'd always put their attention on the recent winner and see if anything from their first album after winning stuck. As time goes on and they get more winners and runner ups (like 1D, Olly Murs, Ella Henderson, etc), everything just got clogged and they didn't seem to care to promote Leona the same way they did at the start. They asked her to make a covers album right after an Xmas album that was mostly covers so it seems Syco didn't really care to invest in the long term or after any dip in someone's career.
