That would be a slay! I love that the tracklist is much more cohesive, yet it somehow maintains very marketable songs and exceptional deep cuts. Amazing job! And that artwork you did is awesome, I'm LOVING IT

This one has a bigger rearrangement as to make it sound more of an album rather than a fluffed EP with the collabs thrown at the end. I removed all the collabs except My Oh My, which sounds more in line with the record's sound, and instead added some outtakes from both sessions for I and II. I used some extended edits as well, more than in the first album. Also, more singles because there's plenty of bops here.

Amazing, although, hate that "Dancing Alone" & "Midnight Ride" are excluded from Tension II, as both are some of the better editions for this album.

Dance Alone I really love, but since I also have it on Sia's album and it feels more of a Sia song to me, I kept it there. As for Midnight Ride, I'm not a big fan of it but is a cute little bop! Maybe a cute bonus track if you will?

I find this record to be Lily's weakest body of work, despite understand it's presentive irony. Releasing Life For Me over Look @ Me was a choice which to embodies the concept in question.

The album isn't horrible, but it's messy and off track. I feel like it wasn't just label interference (with the addition of Air Balloon via her label) but the choice of releasing songs about her (at the time) husband which came out corny. 

The fact some of these songs are dated, or some didn't age well add to it's charming quality of being an ironic record of the present day standard of music. I wish we had more songs that were like Hard Out Here, Look @ Me, and title track whilst keeping a consitent balance with more personal tracks such as Take My Place, as I feel like it would have solidified it's intended objective. But anyway, here's my ideal vision for what this album could have been.

i havent listened to this list just yet but Hold on to Now and Things we Do for Love both sound like they belong as the last two songs with HOTN being the final.

I honestly never thought about it, for Story is a much better way to end the album imo. I actually have the album in this order and usually skip Padam Padam and Tension to begin on Hold on to Now  

But Hold on to Now could also work as the last song due to the lyrics!

Oh, don't get me wrong - when I'm on the mood they're a total vibe, and tbh I actually like them. My true skips were 10 out of 10 and Love Train, hence their removal. It's just I'm typically more in the mood of listening to the rest of the album instead. Story, Hands, Vegas High, Hold on to Now, Things We Do for Love, Drum, Heavenly Body, Someone to Love... those are the real highlights for me
