I agree nobody should have leaked those three songs she asked not to be leaked, but she can't take out one person's actions on a completely unrelated fan. It's not like they were even being forceful, they were just asking if the songs would ever actually come out. Imagine how upset that poor guy is! I see your point, but none of those things are really human necessities. It's not like we're planning to build the city of Atlantis and so we're in absolute dire need to learn how to move quickly underwater and remain stable regardless of water pressure. Even camouflaging and harvesting algae isn't really that important. If you were finding the cure for cancer and then saving a million lives, then maybe I would agree with you; but even then I would still have reservations. If it was a conscious human being who decided to sacrifice their life in order to find the cure for cancer, then that would be a fine; but an animal can never give consent to that kind of thing. They'd probably be terrified of what was happening to them.

Tbh, she (and most other pop singers) needs to chill out about the leaks and everything. It's kind of unfair for her to reference songs and play them live and then get annoyed when her fans expect them to be released and ask about them. Even if she'd just said "sorry, I don't think it will be released", at least we won't still be anticipating them and can look forward to other new music she's releasing. But leaving everyone in suspense is just irritating. And yeah, I wouldn't mind her shading Gaga so much as their styles are pretty similar, BUT. It annoys me that Kerli markets herself as a "moon child" or something who's all about love, acceptance and kindness but then throws shade at Gaga and is bitchy towards her fans. It's like when Gaga had that beef with Calvin Harris despite all her talk about online bullying and acceptance. It's just tacky tbh, and more importantly a bad business strategy.

But what's the point of getting all that data? It's not like we're keeping these giant squids in zoos, so we don't really have any need to analyse their habits or behaviors so we can look after them better. The only reason we're catching them and putting them through all this shit is because of simple human curiosity, which imo is a pretty stupid reason to kill an animal.
