The leaked file said 05-03-09 which is either March 5 or May 3, 2009. Plus it was produced by Jonas Jeberg and Cutfather which worked with Kerli during 2009-2012.

For serious tho, I don't doubt Sky can't write stuff but its clear most of the Masochism stuff was not written by her. Ok so since we apparently have a Post-Utopia 2013 song, I decided to research a little bit about what happend between Utopia and Feral Hearts release. Bringing up a small unknown detail; Kerli signed a different record label after leaving Island. I did this because I like reading y'all theories and stuff about her music, so let's see what we can conclude about this. ----- March 2013 - Utopia is released May 2013 - Slow Motion is allegedy recorded. Kerli is still under Island at this point. November 2013 - Kerli leaves Island and signs with Ultra Music. Wikipedia has this link as its citation but it's dead and the url is excluded from Wayback Machine: http://kerli.buzznet.com/user/journal/17384872/kerli-x-ultra-music/, but we do have a magazine mentioning this! Early 2014 - Kerli is set to release a single on Ultra. I'm not so sure how "early" this was meant to be, as the older release I was able to find was Worlds Apart (June 3), which was not even a Ultra release. This means Kerli was likely back at Estonia at this point Febraury 2016 - "Roots" era starts with the release of Feral Hearts, so we may not consider any track made between 2013 to 2015 here. ----- Tracks released on Ultra during these years were: -Kaleidoscope w/Benny Benassi - which was a SoundCloud/YouTube release only and Kerli was moved to be a featurem -Raindrops w/SNBRN - This was released on January 2015, after Kerli left the label. Now in the songwriting side of the things, Slow Motion being a demo pitch isn't that crazy because Kerli was still writting (and still writes) for other artists after Utopia release, even after moving to Estonia.

The pitching theory kinda makes sense if we take on consideration how there is a registered song titled Complicated registered to Olivia Holt as a performer, having her, Kerli and two other writers that also worked on songs from that time with her (they also did Sincerely and i think one of them wrote on Solar Powered) + Kerli still writes for other artists sometimes.

Are we to actually believe there was not an album in the works during 2016? Kerli seemly debunked that despite some sites reporting an album for September of that year. Also if someone can confirm to me if Kerli said that there was no Shadow Works outtakes. I remember a fanpage claiming she said that on a Instagram livestream, as well as Giving Up the Ghost having 4 different lyric versions that may or may not have been recorded.

The Aitana co-writes are related to La Última / Our Last Chance, a Disney+ show whose main theme was reported to have copied Skyscraper, so they ended adding Kerli, Lindy and Toby as cowriters for interpolations. Since it was the main theme I wouldn't be surprised if all these are the background music whose melody is based on the theme. Extra fact: ASCAP has "Island" registered but BMG has it as "The Island". (Sorry if it looks like i'm lurking, it's a boring thursday night :p)

I used to arrange the eras like this before 2009-2010 - i.nimene 2011 - Weapons of Mass Creation 2012 - Utopia Ofc some late 2010 sessions may be WOMC and late 2011 Utopia. It's hard to organize properly without a proper end date for each project. If this helps, Zero Gravity was performed live in August 2011 which may imply Utopia was a thing since that month, unless it was intended for Weapons first (tho I like to believe every SevenEighty / Jack & Coke session was for Utopia). Also the Speed Limit demo was made and leaked late 2010 (most specifically leaked in December), and I highly doubt this was a I.Nimene session so Weapons was likely a thing already that month.

Since I'm a mess with organizing stuff I just put the outtakes and stuff from that era onto a "Utopia - Sessions" tag since very much all these three albums ended up becoming the EP (I hate you Island) I also do the same of having Utopia as the 12 track album with Army instead of Made for Loving You. Honestly at this point I don't know if i'm gonna get used to not have Army on Utopia if MFLY ever leaks. Extra talk but it bothers me how they took Zero Gravity out of the EP when it was already released. I love the Lucky Ones remix at the end but like c'mon that could have been replaced by Zero Gravity if it was gonna end as a 7-track ep anyways.

I actually like Get Away with Murder!. I vibe a lot with the EDM/Electro Kerli. Just wanted to do a small joke calling a song people may not like (Purification) being a fan favorite. It was this thread where somebody mentioned it probably being Priscilia, but for me the voice doesn't sound like her, tho I haven't heard that much songs of her, probably like 5, so who knows. If my editing skills weren't trash I would have tried already to add the bridge from the (whatever i should call this version) to Jayson's. The change of quality wouldn't have bothered me knowing even record labels end up doing this for released stuff.

So according to the leaked dropbox that had the male rap version. This was produced by Justin Parker, who happends to also have produced Just Like That, written by him, Kerli and Hillary Lindsey (When I Look at You by Miley Cyrus), since this is clearly post-Love is Dead, and judging by the Solo**** version leaking in 2013, it's very likely that Get Away is also from the ascap songwriting camp Just Like That was written in, which was 2011 or 2012 (the latter being the year JLT leaked) I'm not sure if Lindsay is the one singing the bridge in Get Away. Her voice is too different. I'm also kinda doubtful because I still hear Kerli there. Maybe it's just the quality not helping at all. Here is a clip of her singing When I Look at You, but again, I don't think it's her if it is not Kerli. Did I bring important info to this thread? Not really I fear, but I still like to share my random thoughts.

When The Cat's Away is a demo made by Mia J (Same girl as Excuse My French) for Kylie for X, but eventually things got messed up and people thought it was Kylie singing when it was just a demo pitch.
