  1. Can you imagine? (See Poo Again also sounds like something out of the Depp X Heard saga) 💀
  2. We love our essay Queens!! So many great points! Honestly, Epic's biggest mistake was that they didn't accept Bonnie for who she was as an artist, and ironically I feel like Bonnie's reputation of being the mastermind behind some of the biggest hits worked against her. Sure, on the one hand it got her the record deal, but then there was all this added pressure from Epic who kept asking her to give them her Teenage Dream and/or her Roar; it's like they didn't take any time to look into what makes Bonnie unique and different -- they'd much rather have Bonnie copy Katy's entire catalogue and release Teenage Dream Pt. II (which I'm so glad she didn't do because the GP can smell a fish and imposters) than support her vision -- and as we know judging from all the songs we now love -- she knew exactly what she was doing and had a very clear vision for the entire project. I just cannot for the life of me understand how the label heads didn't hear the smash hit potential of songs like Forever 21 or Hot City. WTF.
  3. I drool over the idea of what a 2022 Epic sequel could sound like but I don't think she can really recapture the same magic without working with Oligee, Jocke Ahlund, Klas Ahlund, Johnny Newman, or Max Martin because, like it or not -- as gifted of a lyricist as Bonnie is, there's only so much she can do with a track without some of the aforementioned writers/producers' magic. Every great 2010s pop song's backbone is a well-produced slick dance instrumental, big exploding chorus, and memorable strong melodies. When left to her own devices, she hasn't been able to deliver that so consistenly as she had when was under a major label and had access to all the hit makers. Hopefully, the coin she'll be getting from the soon-to-be-released album/s will be enough for her to afford working with A-list producers on her own material again, so she can get together with people who can give her great beats worthy of her talent. I'd love to see her work with Cirkut, Oscar Holter, Matthew Koma, Aaron Joseph and Aaron Jennings.
  4. Soon, very soon, sooner than you think... is now the official 2020s version of "this summer." IF she really does send the Epic album out into the world, how long do you think it will take for her to release the brand new and allegedly "ready to go" album? Me thinks very soon later in 2033.
  5. All us BonBons better watch out she's coming to change the mixing game with this one! She's giving @Ice Prince and all audiophiles a run for their money. Seriously though, she already had the song professionally mixed and ready for release WHAT is she mixing? Why does she always say she had the album "ready to go" when she's spending years mixing and polishing it? Sounds like an unfinished album to me This is definitely not official, but it still slaps I like the extra reverb on the vocalés. Hopefully Sexin U will be included as well with the other Epic songs.
  6. Yeah, it's most certainly the most bop-esque song of the new bunch but I wonder what makes her Epic era tracks so damn replayable... like, I can never get bored of American Girl or Hot City, but the repetitiveness of Die Happy works against it a little
  7. Here for his OnlyFans era!!! Give us your Sl4t Pop Charlie Puth! We Don't Douche Anymore incoming
  8. Awww I always appreciate the appreciation, thank you!! ❤️ I'll continue improving it Phew! Good to know she's keeping the song and hopefully the improved/updated version has some extra oomph that takes it from a B-grade bop to A+ bop. The demo is already very solid as it is, but add a little bit of 💅💅💅 and you have a smash. If she puts Die Happy on the same disc as the Epic songs I'm removing it asap from the album and moving it to my Thorns era record I'm not here for intersecting eras and mixing and matching songs from 2013 and 2017 The problem is sis been saying that for the past 10 years I'm bracing myself for a late July/early August release because that's when she kicked off the American Girl era back in 2013. People who think she's dropping the album this month need to go to their local pharmacy and get some antidelusional tea.
  9. Awwww not at all!!! I love them hence why they're always staying even after a song's leakage Hiiii so happy to see all you BonBons joining the biggest Bonnie McKee fan forum And YAAASSSS, that transition could single-handedly trigger a pop music reset. Sadly those are songs that haven't leaked yet so there's no way to download them 😭 The silver lining is that many of them are being traded and there's always that one ghae willing to share one bop at a time. I was JUST thinking about how this is such a one-of-a-kind scenario! Can't think of anything similar except for Little Boots putting out some of the demos she recorded for her Hands follow-up to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the album. I wish nothing but bankruptcy to Epic and their flop taste for depriving us of such pop perfection in 2014. I know for a fact I would've been smarter, more talented and more successful had she released the album back then.
  10. 💀 💀 💀 💀 💀 💀 💀 💀 I was NOT ready for this
  11. I have to say... I was SHOOK when the website loaded for me with the strait AF basic visuélles glaring right back at me like the abyss! But from what I gather this isn't the final look and now that I've recovered from the initial shock it actually isn't that bad! We need them iconic banners back asap tho!!! For now, get a well-deserved rest

  13. I've noticed he's super messy these days. Btw Britney and him share the same birthday but overall (from an astrological/natal chart POV) they're very different people. Imo, he's just craving attention and has an off-the-wall sense of humor, I wouldn't read into it too much. Also, lemme join the thirst club for that tiny D even tho I find him to look dishevelled and unkempt 90% of the time I see pics of him
  14. Seriously, if she produces physical copies of this album I hope she'll include Pophatesflops in her thank yous This is obviously the biggest home for all us Bonbons She could even make Right Now an Ava Max feature and have Avatars join the dark side of the BonBonfornia realm All I know is homegirl better not omit one of her biggest trademark/signature songs. If I had to make an Essential compilation of Bonnie, it'd obviously consist of American Girl, Bombastic, Forever 21, S.L.A.Y. and HOT CITY. EDIT: Thorns would be a bonus track on the Taiwan pressing
  15. I saw in one of her replies she said "ALL the bops" so that makes me think Queen will be feeding us Right Now, Everything But You and possibly Don't Get Mad, Get Famous Y'all are not ready for the mental breakdown I'm about to have when we're in September 2022 with no album in sight
  16. Likewise, I know very little about TikTok and never got the appeal of it besides turning the majority of the population's brains into a mush with 10 second attention spans so the illuminati can continue ruling the world undisturbed. Personally, I'm hoping for this single lineup: Lead single: S.L.A.Y. --> the single would consist of 2 tracks; the final studio version and S.L.A.Y. (Acoustic Version) 2nd single: Forever 21 --> Forever 21 (Demo) + Forever 21 (Bonnie's Version) 3rd single: Hot City 4th and final single: Rewind Your Heart
  17. She's always contradicted herself and it's always frustrated me, i.e. she'd go on a tangent about how pop stars nowadays don't really have to make music based on what sound is hot on the radio, but then would justify not releasing her Epic songs because they're 'dated' by today's standard 💀 And yeah, I can already see her releasing S.L.A.Y., making one TikTok and then dipping and scrapping the entire "campaign" because nobody cared Next thing we know, Cheryl is singing Forever 21 and Adam Lambert Hot City because she sold them
  18. Lemme just say that I'll believe it all when I actually see the album/s up on iTunes/Apple Music/Spotify etc; right now I'm still feeling like it's just words. Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised to FINALLY hear her announce the release of the Epic material so firmly and decidedly.... that does give me some hope, though I also think she's overthinking it too much with the TikToks. The audience is already here... we're all folks who've been waiting for the album since 2013, she doesn't need to do some huge promo and wait for her TikToks to go viral for her to feel confident about releasing the music out into the world. Let's be real, the public never cared -- but it's guaranteed US, the fans, will be buying multiple copies of this. Also, I'm glad she came to the conclusion she'll have to put out the Epic album first before releasing any new material as that's what's been making it hard for people to truly connect with the new stuff imo... And I concur a part of me would die if she scraps Hot City aka one of her best songs
  19. Phew! 😅 xoxo I agree, the chorus was a letdown for me and it's funnily enough the weakest part on Luciana's version, yet the verses' buildup is really good. And don't u plan those seeds in my mind for Krystal's (aka my bias's) debut!! I've been DYING to hear some solo releases in that glorious nasally voice of hers for ages now.... Too bad she wants to be a revered serious actress and doesn't seem to care for music AT ALL (unless it's some cute bop with Jessica for their The Simple Life reality show). f(x) coming together would end careers though. Ms. McDonalds is still living off of the """"success"""" of her award-winning short April Kills Bonnie's Music Career and she'll continue milking it until the early 2030s I'm afraid
  20. Nauuuurrrr!!! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the house era in K-pop and f(x)'s discography remains utterly flawfree. I just find house pop music in 2022 a little been there done that... Even Katie Purry's Walking on Air dates all the way back to 2013
  21. To be completely honest.... I'm grateful we have Bonnie's Hasta La Vista but the whole house thing is a bit too K-pop circa 2015 for my liking, so I'm glad she sold the song off and didn't release it herself because it would've been another one of those cute but dated bops that would do nothing for her. And while I prefer Bonnie's vocal performance over Luciana's, I feel like Luciana's version captured the classic house energy better (especially during the verses).
  22. Alright, we'll officially commence the countdown on June 21st. Can't wait to reach September with no album and complete silence on her part
  23. Yaaassss, honestly, I wish she added a lot more unreleased songs but some other girlies literally don't even bother and pay their great unreleased material DUST (Gaga) so I'll take whatever crumbs I can. It's not even that the cover is bad as it's the same as the original just RUINED and BOTCHED with the red overlay while her cropped out self just akwardly stands there now. It's ""creative"" decisions like this one that make me question who got hired for this redesign job and HOW because the person responsible for producing something like this has no business working in this field.
  24. Love and here for it!!! Her debut will always hold a special place in my heart. I'm just pressed AF she didn't take full advantage of this opportunity and release the title track (Let Go).
  25. Happy 🌞 June 1 🌞 everyone! In many parts of the globe, summer has officially begun.... Shall we start the countdown to Bonnie's 10th failure to deliver her second studio album (I consider 2013 to mark her first)?
