    while i understand your thinking, it could have just been a list of titles (working/alternate titles for existing songs, draft titles without anything recorded or written for the title, etc) like i make up tracklists with random titles all the time. i keep them written down in my notes app just because.

    i got the Liza with a Z concert film on CD/DVD collectors edition that had the excluded 'Mein Herr' segment from the Cabaret Medley as a special feature bonus. i used Audacity to add that into the CD rip of the medley. i think its perfect and i never use any other version outside of watching or listening to the CD/DVD. i also of course have Results on CD (and Cassette) and i have Gently and Cabaret on CD and i have Live At The Olympia In Paris and the A&M records Foursider on LP.
