I personally think it has some of the best lyrics of Bonnie’s career. But yeah, it’s also a bit… daft at points too. I absolutely love: ”I want the honey/But I don’t wanna get stung/We’re trigger happy/Shouldn’t be playing with guns” ”And it keeps me awake that the spell might break” But find these to be a bit cringey: ”Gave me the key to your place/You told me I would be safe/But still you got that lock upon your cellphone” “You’re posting pictures/Looks like you’re having a blast” So it’s give and take. Overall I love the song tho.

Unfortunately most of the Epic songs that leaked have been tampered with in some way. Some of them are incredibly noticeable (IWFCY and JGAB), some less so (RYH and Wild Card).

I absolutely REFUSE to believe that that is the real final version of JGAB. It sounds terrible 💀 It literally clips at certain parts, there has to be a more final version out there.

I really, really hope Waking Up Diagonal is on the album if/when she releases it. We all know how much she loves it and it fits the album perfectly. This is a long shot tho, and more wishful thinking than anything 😭 But as much as I love Hit Me Up, it doesn’t really fit the album sonically imo.

I’ve already decided I’m gonna take the Epic songs she released and just add them to my version of the album. The title FTV is tacky when this entire album was, at one time, a complete album with a unique title.

I’m sorry, I just can’t believe her anymore. Until we either have a pre-order link or (AT THE VERY LEAST) a confirmed release date, we’re not getting anything imo.

I was told that it sounds pretty much the same as the one we have now, but I haven’t been able to listen to it yet to confirm. I really do hope there’s something extra in the final version, the one we have now is a bit… drab.

Wow, the final version of SLAY is fantastic. It took some time getting used to the verses since they’re a bit… muffled? But it’s okay because it makes the chorus sound even more anthemic 😭 The fact that this song is unreleased is criminal. Charges need to be brought upon LA Reid and Epic Records. I’m done playing games.
