If I remember correctly, after releasing SLAY, Hot City (single) and Don't Get Mad Get Famous in 2023, and before releasing Jenny's Got a Boyfriend and making the Hot City album release official with a date and pre-sales, Bonnie went quiet for some time and during that period of silence some of us were wondering if she was really going to release the album. For a moment it seemed like she had given up on the idea, but in reality she was working. If she's still releasing Hot City Deluxe we'll probably only know it when she makes the announcement.
