Ok ok so I came back to literal 3 TRACKS LEAKING OMG THANK Y'ALL KEEP THEM COMING I haven't printed my CD so give me Forever 21
-
Sounds terrible now I see why you guys say it's not that good
-
I think I updated a few things here and there: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Vkizx_xtxAp2tGJXYHoVYwm_IOIuddSmS3On99eflXk/edit#gid=0 Compiled with what's been said in this thread or what I could find in the web

Thank you so much! What year is this from? Is it from the Epic sessions?
-
Tried to update with what was available from years ago, just so the list was more complete in case anyone could use it
-
Yeah!
-
I was thinking Wild Heart comes from later sessions, but if it's from 2014 AND it still belongs to the Epic sessions... do we have any info on co-writers/producers yet? I'd dare to say Warren "Oak" Felder and Andrew "Pop" Wansel are involved (e.g. the "GO!" sample right before the beat starts).

Another day without Forever 21 and Hit Me Up You know it's bad when I start to beg for Hit Me Up after initially not really caring for it
-
I prefer others, but RYH is definitely an earworm and it just won't leave my head
-
Yeah, it's definitely not because of her being on TikTok. She doesn't feel ready but I think if her next releases are the Epic songs, they sound very much ready to go - even if some of them we've only heard in demo form (SLAY, Everything But You). If she doesn't feel like making an album, then a standalone single series would be great. Imagine if she dropped ten singles with a release gap of three/four weeks between each other. It could work and she wouldn't need to worry about the album not doing well... Okay but the way I've been planning release strategies for her even if she won't use any

I'm glad you liked my concepts! I ended up using my American Girl concept over my Electric Heaven concept because I failed to make EH an enough sonically-cohesive flow, and also I liked my AG story better than my EH so yeah dddd. Yours is really good! I think I need to listen in that order to fully get the story but the written concept really flows well

I don't have any live + studio mixed albums because it makes me think it's more a playlist, but with Forever 21 could never be another way I wonder if it will ever surface/be released, as I'm not completely sure it's circulating and Bonnie seems unlikely to release that one, at least for now. Others could be more likely.

The way no option is likely to happen I've resigned too, I keep on listening the album without it, but I know if it ever leaks/gets released it will be a great addition tbh. But that's all I can hope now.

Unleaked songs do not count 'cause not all of us have heard them

Well, from what I know or from my experience, all I can say is nowadays artists have so many opportunities to do things on their own and on their terms being independent. Two singers I really enjoy listening to, who have been in the industry for less than a decade but have a decent fanbase and have never been signed (EMM and River Westin) both really put the effort and the vision in their work, despite being independent and always been that way. They're not big names in the industry YET, and I believe they can achieve that if they decide to because they have the talent and the potential to do hits more often than what they've done to date. I'm not the best example either, but I make some music myself and literally I do everything on my own, from writing songs to releasing them. I do have a loooong way to go yet, but people with more talent and a couple collaborators in their social circle can achieve great things without a label. If even I managed to put two albums out... Of course, labels can offer you the big scene. Big budget, music videos, being literally everywhere because BIG promo, etc. But I don't think they're essential for a beginner artist. And it seems to me that the trend is to go independent. It's way easier to put music out nowadays than it was 20 years ago, so yeah, that's my opinion on it. Sorry if I said some nonsense though, it happens when I try to reply in essay form

Electric Heaven, Hot City, Rewind Your Heart, Jenny and Somebody's Gonna Get Hurt all have been on my most played I think.

YO SHE SHOULD DROP THE ALBUM ON BANDCAMP, a couple of its singles (main like SLAY, Forever 21 or Rewind Your Heart) in streaming platforms and then move the fuck on I mean that sounds like a good plan. Bandcamp gives artists a bigger amount of $$ per sale than digital platforms do, and she could get some coin from the songs she knows we are loving It's a good plan. 1) Drop a couple singles in the platforms to re-gain some traction. Maybe SLAY, Forever 21 or Rewind Your Heart could make it as "standalone" singles in Spotify, iTunes etc. 2) Drop the whole album including the singles (if she doesn't want it to be an album, 2 or 3 EPs are also suitable) on Bandcamp LESS THAN 8 months after the first single. (She could also use digital platforms which I'd love, but she'd need a lot of promo to really make it work) 3) She saves the era, gets some coin instead of us just playing leaks + she drops final HQ versions of the songs + WE ALL WIN, she and us. 4) She can ready the other album she talked about frequently in the last years. It's... a good plan. But I wonder if it's convenient for her
-
Ugh I think the Jenny remix has grown on me a lot, wish we had it in HQ
-
I mean I believe she is making music. I DON'T believe she will release the Epic songs. If anything, it's going to be other stuff. It doesn't mean I don't want her to drop the Epic songs, it just feels unrealistic at this point. They're essentially a decade old. If all these years was not the time, I don't know if now is the time
-
It's not happening guys
-
Not the Hot City slander Okay I get it it's not her best, but to me it's WAY catchier and boppier than, well, basically everything after the Bombastic era. Anyways, stream play Somebody's Gonna Get Hurt for good luck in dating
-
I have the feeling it was reworked but hasn't leaked yet - and may even be out of circulation...? She talked of reworking a few old songs before (Worst In Me, Love Spell), so maybe Hitman could've been reworked too...
-
It would be interesting to get stems, although I doubt a lot they are circulating tbh
