We really do need clarity on the sitch, my fave rock/pop/country/now indie flop star, Michelle Branch had 3 albums shelved by her label and she updated her fans on her own website of what was happening and even gave away several songs from the albums as gifts to her fans. That was like back in 2012....these days there are SO many platforms aside from YouBoob and ClitCok, patreon, bandcamp even start a crowd fund if the funds aren´t there. The album would be fine and fit in with current sounds if there were tweeks made here and there, she has a SOLID back catalogue to choose from but she has let down her small but loyal fanbase year after year after year and people are buying less of her empty promises more than they are buying her music and thats not how the fame game works,

If I was Bonnie and knew these songs were leaking I would have registered an account and said 'sorry guys, please don't leak these as although I have made many promises to reliease the album, I really do intend to release within the next year or so.
