7 by Nelly Furtardo (2024) Tracklist First time listening to a Nelly album. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, but it's a bit of a mess despite my appreciation for the diversity. I tried to put most of the dance songs at the front and have them transition into the second half as a more personal side. Is it better than the tracklist she went with? Maybe not so much. Might switch a few songs but other than that I may get into her other records. Lack of cohesion in a comeback album from a 2000s pop icon continues the legacy of alot 2000s albums having that same fault in a way. My faves are: Love Bites, Honesty, Take Me Down, Fantasy, Corazon

CANDYLAND by Brooke Candy (2024) Tracklist Once again, most of my tracklist is based of @Ice Prince's re-arrange (and retitlement) of the album. CANDYLAND took time to grow on me but as a overall project its a mess. Not including flip phone is honestly a crime. Gag has great production but terrible lyricism. Hysteria is cute, I like blackout but i didnt feel like it fitted with the album. I might condense this but 18 songs have built up 40+ minutes which to me is an average album length, some of these songs are too short. BABYNYMPH killed the dirty money production but also has this issue with her own music being too short but ANYWAY. I need expertise in HQ also, love namasenda and cecile, idk why she brooke removed this bop from spiral. this era has been musically messy.

I think all we know is that the album had these tracks: One Obsession 17 Haters Anonymous Traces Sex Rules 108 99 Tears Too Many Boys American Dream (Unconfirmed, tho the producer, FrankMusick, was said to have been on the album, tho this was the only song he recorded with Sky) I think Untouchable was on the album at one point since she posted the final snippet on her soundcloud. Cobra also has a finished format so maybe that was on the album too. Watcha Gonna Do was a B Side to One, could have been on the album, maybe not. Speaking of scrapped albums with currently missing drafts, I NEED the Poppy Bubblebath album tracklist. It was most likely finished since it had a set release date in 2015.

Neither do I but i am rooting for Chappell, Beyonce, Kali, Billie and Charli to win! I think Andre's record is meant to be ambient I haven't listened but i was planning on doing so since it was critically acclaimed.

Charli getting nine nominations is insane. I doubt she'll win them all and Taylor is for sure going to win something, not that she did anything deserving this year anyway. But i hope Charli gets these grammies, Brat is one of the greatest releases of this past decade

oh for sure. especially is there somewhere, like i was so shook it wasn't on the album when i was navigating her discog. i mean she did a japanese bonus track tho but its not the same, it fits so well with coming down in it's lyrical content. i truly love badlands but cohesion is the one thing it lacks (mainly on the deluxe in some places, the standard was alright in terms of track run but having Ghost as a closer is just a huge no for me). i think if we had the tracklist like mine or smth it would have been more cohesive imo, espically since it's a concept album.

amazing song don't get me wrong but i just think the album flows better without it imo.

Bubblebath by Poppy (2015) Imo Bubblebath would have been a stronger debut album than Poppy.Computer. I'm not saying Poppy.Computer is bad, but its a little underwhelming in some places especially being the first album. Moshi Moshi and Software Upgrade are total bops, espically Software Upgrade. Bubblebath would have been a better debut since there was a set theme and concept behind the album, Poppy.Computer just feels like a void of her YouTube personality with some great songs here and there but some lacking delivery in some songs. I may change this tracklist but so far I think it's satisfactory. I wanted to add New York, All My Fault, and Guns & Gold also but couldn't find placements for them. Though I want to keep Bubblebath at no more than 14 songs unless I make a deluxe idea. Must say Renegade makes a great into to the album, defo should have been released!

BADLANDS by Halsey (2015) Tracklist @Ice Princedid a very similar tracklist that share the same placements as Empty Gold and Is There Somewhere share. Hurricane is such a great song and deserves to be on the front of the album but I couldn't place it anywhere between drive and roman holiday since those songs are made for each other. I put it after Ghost as thats the track run on Room 93 and works pretty well! even if it interferes with the cohesion from Ghost to Colors. But anyway

Tension II by Kylie Minogue (2024) Tracklist I forgot to make a post when I listened but Tension did not need a second volume, especially when a quarter of this album is filler. Some bops in here for sure but it's one of her weakest and least exciting albums. I do hope she releases Night Owl so I can cut some of these songs out. Also Midnight Ride is shite, does not fit the album whatsoever. Why couldn't have she saved more songs like Stars In Our Eyes (especially for the slight astrology aesthetic going on) for the final cut. And shoulda left ya was way too short too. Edit: Night Owl leaked!!!
