I just don't think labels or whoever would do that to a song that was pitched to them...

No worries at all! A lot of the time tracklists aren't made by the artist but the label. These tracks were intended for her but she didn't get round to recording!

would also like to see what that "Invinsible" album that was mentioned in 2011 before the change to Don't Look Down in Oct 2012.
