Sia Marries Fiancee

They made their engagement public in June. And, just eight weeks later, Sia Furler has tied the knot with her documentary film maker beau, Erik Anders Lang, Radar reports.

The 38-year-old singer wed in a ceremony held at her Palm Springs, California home on Saturday. MailOnline has reached out to representatives for the singer/songwriter who have so far been unavailable for comment. Radar also reports that celebrity fashion photographer Terry Richardson shot the Aussie darling's big day.

'Omg omg I'm so excited,' the star wrote on her official Twitter page on the big day. Normally adverse to having her picture taken (she even used Lena Dunham as her stand in during a performance on Late Night With Seth Meyers), Sia was spotted kissing Erik on the red carpet at an event in June. Wearing a thin gold band on her ring finger, she reportedly told a photographer she was engaged, according to Adelaide Now.

The rumour was confirmed by her mother, artist Loene Furler, on June 6.

Sia has previously stated she's bisexual and has previously dated Jocelyn 'JD' Sampson, a DJ and member of the band Le Tigre, though the couple broke up in 2011.

The musician has worked lent her vocals to a number of hits, including David Guetta's Titanium and Florida's Wild Ones. She is currently enjoying massive success with her single Chandelier, which reached the number nine spot on the US Billboard Hot 100, which was her first Top Ten hit as a lead artist.
