People are freaking out about this, but honestly I don't see it as evidence of anything. If this was taken after his mother died I can 100% understand why he'd be drunk and acting like a mess. I'm still failing to see any evidence of abuse - although of course that doesn't mean that it didn't happen, it just means that the "proof" her lawyers were claiming existed doesn't exist. -
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have reportedly settled their divorce case. The actress has also dismissed her domestic violence restraining order petition due to the case being settled. The pair withdrew legal documents on Tuesday (August 16) for the domestic violence case, which was tied into the divorce case. It is said that Johnny is paying Amber $7 million plus her legal fees. “Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains. There was never an intent of physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity,” a joint statement read.

This story is so fucking weird honestly. Their marriage was already kind of strange - like they'd both been with partners for years who they hadn't married and then they just randomly broke those people off to get married to each other after like two days. Now his mum dies and she wants a divorce but they have no pre-nup. But now she's claiming domestic abuse even though there was no evidence directly after the fact? Weird af. Wait for this to turn out to be a publicity stunt for their latest movie.
