    What/why would being bankrupt matter ? Theft and fraud are wrong no matter how little the amount.

    She is free though, she just needs to pay back the money she has taken.If a person was paid to clean your windows and then suddenly did not do what they were paid to do they would be done for fraud. You would be annoyed. Same with music.

    Those are mastered NOT submitted, when you are a pop songwriter pop songs are already produced so you just put the lyrics on top. She may have mastered 20 but written hundreds as have explained before.

    28 songs is NOT a lot in the pop world, when artists are Making an album it is a long sequence of events. Quincy & MJ wrote 800 songs for Thriller and ended up choosing 9 songs. For every 100 songs you master about 15 and 10 will be okay.

    How did you get there? She got paid an advance i.e a retainer so cannot work for anyone else unless that is paid back like a lawyer is on retainer to a client. She can work without Dr Luke just he will still get his cut. She has CHOSEN not to buy herself out of the contract , she has not ONCE offered although both Luke and Sony have given a price of about 8 million dollars. Similar to what Joss Stone paid to get out of her contract. She can release music for others and therefore earn money probably more than she earned as an artist due to economies of scale and her being more a songwriter.

    I never said she DID not earn money I said she wanted ALL the money. Losing 5% per a song is not earning NO money. Far from it. She earns but not the multimillions of say Beyonce or Katy Perry. Kesha started of wanting to renogotiate a contract end of. All this is , is a contract dispute with one party wanting more money with little grounds to do so this is why Pebe is coninually being sued for defamation as they should be. It is not a fear tactic , it is more like a fact at this point.

    She is not an indentured servant artists she got paid an advancement prior to working. So she was paid at the start if her advancement so for 500k for 5 albums she has earned 50k per a year.

    Nope, depends who the artist is, you get paid everytime the song is played you get payed so for example a song written for Beyonce even though the songwriter loses 40-60% to Beyonce , does not keep the masters they earn about a million over the duration of promotion and no risk.

    They can sell the songs to other artists with Keshas permission , as they do not fit Keshas usual style like they did with Bubblegum snsd.

    You cannot just drop someone when they owe you money, how can you not get that. It does not work like that. Any artist wanting to leave a contract must either pay the money back or work it off she has done neither. This was just a money grab.

    Are you delusional ? Beyonce sold like a million in a week. Britney 17 years ago sold 30 million in 1 album , Britney Jean sold 650k FULLSTOP, this has sold far less with MORE promo in first week sales. It just got a higher position in the charts. Her sales drop is like 4615%. Facts be facts.

    Dr Luke MADE her famous she would be nowhere without the backing he provided. Within the industry there are TONS of talented musicians /songwriters who never make it. No one has limited her freedom she made a REAL choice , under the guidance of a mother who WORKED within the industry. She signed a make me a pop star contract and got that but now realises she will most likely NEVER be the big star she hoped with a 20 year plus career and wants more money as her career is nearly over. Dr Luke GAVE you Kesha and the only person stopping you from getting music IS Kesha as just like at X factor usa she refuses to abide by her contracted duties.

    She signed a contract making that possible and as I said before it is highly unlikely he did rape her. The facts do not add up i.e how this started off as a renogtitation of a contract which flopped, how she claims that she told doctors of ongoing abuse however they did not report it, how she under sworn testimony herself DENIED being raped.

    And just like to add Kesha also loses an additional 5% on any song she performs ON TOP of production fees and songwriting. Take Timber for example Dr Luke automatically gets 5% Ke$ha and her mom Pebe Sebert wrote everything on Timber from the swing you partner part to the end of the chorus. Their lyrics make the song. If this is the case, Ke$ha will be earning far below the industry standard for both her vocals and her songwriting. This is why she boycotted performing it some time ago I believe on X factor USA. This WHOLE issue has been solely about money. She boycotted X factor due to money.

    not true sources stated he worked on it gets a cut brokered the deal and did not put his name down. He was a ghostwriter. I also have an industry contact who claims he is busy with another act who is debuting before Christmas a mixed race/Black artist .

    Because it is a fact this is industry standard. She has admitted to signing a publishing deal hence her losing 50% of songwriting, she signed a make me a popstar contract hence why the contract was signed by Kasz money not a record label meaning he can take up to 50% which would explain her net worth.

    It does not WORK like that neon hitch, melanie martinez did NOT sign a make me a popstar contract , I do not think they even signed a 360 contract legally Kesha has to pay 10-15% of management fees, pays a retainer for production fees, her own studio time, 50% merchandise , 50% production including publishing then any money invested is recouped on her side. i.e radio promotion, videos e.t.c Most pop stars only earn what is given from their advancement and see no profits as they are pushed into debt by their label. A LOT of well known pop stars are broke due to this, do you think they enjoy working the hours they do?     If she's lieing why would she waste her money and time into all that? Because she signed a make me a pop star contract (which is notorious for not paying well), you assume that these pop stars earn all this money when this could not be further from the truth. This is why Rihanna nearly went bankrupt with a net worth of 40 million dollars. The contract is also restrictive and after her last album not doing well she needs a better contract which she failed to renegotitiate which was the original issue she had when this all started.

    The people who came forward defending the case were all kind of shady, and had something to gain especially Lena Dunham who has been outed already for lying about being raped. The judge having a connection to Sony also means little as it was her evidence that made no sense, and those facts cannot be changed. If he truly did rape her why is he not scared that she will not leak medical documents online or any evidence for that matter. ? She has freedom, she can buy herself out of the contract and reimburse the money invested same thing Joss Stone did. Unless you work in the industry and have added details , the case seems pretty straight forward even people who came forward to support Kesha i.e Grimes have retracted claims or rape. Where is Lady Gaga now?
