She said Jimmy Iovine presented her 2x with a deal (he left Interscope in 2014, so I'm guessing it was somewhere in 2012 and 2013). But yeah, I'm happy she is independent now. Bombastic EP was the big example as to why staying independent works out for her

im not. she should stay independent imo. her last two deals treated her like shit and i wouldn't be surprised if that was why she's rejected them. regardless if interscope is a better label compared to epic for example
