    Missy Elliott is highly tipped to receive the Video Vanguard Award this year - no longer known as the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award for obvious reasons. As much as I love Missy it's stupid that she's receiving this award before Gaga or Katy, but we all know these things are all politics. What do you guys think?
