if any of y’all own a popjustice account please tell this bitch i said “I’m pretty sure this thread is for Bonnie McKee, not washed up, hairless, wanna-be comedians who recycle jokes.”
-
Hi people idk how this list got out there but this was a preumptive guess on my part of what the tracklist would consist of. It wasn’t in any specific order nor are Love Spell or Soundtrack To The End confirmed. (Yet.) Most of these are confirmed to be included but not in this order.

Sometimes I wonder if those grown, gay men have kinks of seeing women fulfill their pop star fantasy. If they think women are just objects on display for them, that serve no other purpose than to have their wet fantasy of what a pop star looks like. I wonder if they truly think being, “gay” absolves them of misogyny, or any wrong doing. I put gay in quotes because, if you’re critcizing a woman for not looking the part you want in your fantasy of a women’s pop stardom, I have news for you. If you have wet fantasies about her putting pop songs out, I have news for you.

That would be genius and hella good marketing. She’s been tweeting lyrics for a few days but I hope she does this to reveal the tracklist. Also y’all, the album is coming in 33 days. How do we feel?
-
Recently??? I’m surprised they even talk about her at all anymore. All they do is trash women.
-
The album is officially turned in, (she said 48 hours on her instagram live and 48 hours have passed) how do we feel?
-
-
It’s the DGM remix (full version) and Snatched! She recently confirmed she got a featured artist for Snatched, and she said in the live there’s only two features. Snatched is new-ish so there u go
-
Did you watch the livestream? You claim she was “too excited for it to be someone unknown,” yet she literally said it was FOR her album. She was hyping it up because everyone complained about how short Don’t Get Mad Get Famous was, and now they’ve made a full version.
-
I think and hope the studio version won’t be censored. Sometimes it depends on the show/age limit if they’re comfortable hearing the word fuck, but half of this song’s appeal comes from it lmao.
-
She has a few of these fan turned friend people and I wonder why it’s never been anyone from PHF… she has more superfans than she realizes lol
-
He’s some super fan of hers who is now an artist (ig). Bonnie said he used to run her fan page, but iirc that was actually a girl named Allison. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZPRwhSkMo/ TikTok she did with him ^ https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZPRwh2T98/ Tiktok he did with her ^ Here’s that song from the video

The Liam one is not a theory, she literally admitted her and Liam were working on a song last minute before the album was due. The Eden Xo one also has some merit, but again, is the *only* alleged one. Also, “recognizable,” to who? Because a good majority of Bonnie fans know Eden. But I digress.
-
Snatched is with Eden Xo allegedly (Nobody come for me I did not say for certain.) Don’t Get Mad Get Famous remix is most likely with Liam, who she filmed tiktoks with and brought on her live yesterday. If this song isn’t the collab with him, then Snatched is.

Surprise people. May 24th 2024.

Album is due for submission in 48 hours :)) Which means it will probably be out May 24th-26th

Interviewer: Bonnie, there's been quite a stir lately regarding your decision to cancel the release of your dark album and the backlash surrounding your upcoming album 'Hot City.' Can you elaborate on what led to these decisions? Bonnie McKee: Let me set the record straight. I've spent a decade pouring my soul into these projects, and what do I get in return? Fans calling me names, spewing hate, and sharing leaked tracks like it's some kind of twisted game. It's beyond infuriating. I refuse to let my hard work be tainted by this toxicity. Interviewer: How did you react to the backlash from fans? Bonnie McKee: Frankly, I'm sick of it. Sick of the entitlement, sick of the negativity. These so-called fans need a reality check. They don't understand the blood, sweat, and tears that go into creating music. And for them to attack me personally because I took my time to craft something I'm proud of? It's disgraceful. Interviewer: Do you have any messages for those fans who participated in the backlash? Bonnie McKee: Oh, I have a message, alright. Listen up, you entitled brats. You think you're entitled to my music? Well, guess what? You're not. If you can't respect the creative process, then maybe you don't deserve to hear my music at all. I'm tired of being disrespected and unappreciated. And you know what? I'm seriously considering quitting music altogether if this is the kind of crap I have to deal with. Interviewer: That's certainly a bold statement. What do you hope to achieve by speaking out? Bonnie McKee: I want these so-called fans to wake up and realize the damage they're causing. I want them to understand that their actions have consequences. And most importantly, I want them to know that I won't stand for it. My music is my life, and I won't let anyone trample all over it.

there were several versions on her computer, and she spent a whole minute looking for the updated one, before she gave up because she couldn’t figure out how to work itunes. she was going to play a new version, i think? eventually she found one but was like “you guys don’t wanna hear that.”
-
She never said it directly, but she said in 2022 that it was, "never at the top of her list" (for release) iirc, but that she was grateful people liked it. Then on live 2023, someone spammed her to play Last Call Lover, and she almost did, but was like, "this is probably never coming out."
-
this makes sense. for the longest time i couldn't figure out what she meant by, "paid for in full." apparently she's always not been fond of last call lover tho... which is unfortunate.
-
Gays truly are an anomaly to me. They're usually the fakest and most negative people ever, and this forum has taught me I can add 'entitled' to that list. To all of you who were dogging on Bonnie for, "gaslighting," and "lying," all while she was working on this album, I am done validating your delusional fantasies. Bonnie does not owe anybody ANYTHING. (None of this is directed at you btw, I agree 100%)
-
Unfortunately, Bonnie couldn’t make a decision either way. Iirc Bonnie’s contract allowed her to re-record songs as long as they weren’t paid for release by her label. (This is why she said she couldn’t include AG.) Yes, she managed to release both SIYH and Sleepwalker which had music videos, but the label never intended to TECHNICALLY release them. (As in, lisencing… etc.) However, Somebody’s Gonna Get Hurt was supposed to be released as a promotional single in 2013, this eventually got cancelled, but the lisencing remained paid for. As a result, Bonnie has to either buy back the lisence (expensive as FUCK, and also extremely time consuming) or just let it go.

yes ppl have it

All she needs is a good ringing of the phone when it begins, and it will be a sick transition sound.
