Question about the live bonus tracks on Dolly's Backwoods Barbie

so i recently ordered the Cracker Barrel edition of the album (found here) for the three studio bonus tracks and while looking at that i was looking through the other releases + the wikipedia page and saw that theres four live tracks listed as bonus tracks on CD across exclusive retailers plus a few others for iTunes/digital pre-order

where do these live tracks come from? are these sourced from the 2009 Live from London release (found here) or are they recorded specifically for this album as bonus tracks? the Live from London release is advertised as being a recording of the O2 arena show from the Backwoods Barbie Tour in 2009 and the bonus tracks are all released on CDs released in 2008.
the wikipedia does list any info on where these live recordings come from. are they legit live-in-concert recordings from like a tour performance or are they live-in-studio recordings?

I asked a friend that's obsessed with her and he said some of them are from her 2007 concert in Sevierville, Tennessee, and the rest are from the 2009 O2 Arena special.
