Katy Perry has announced that her Witness tour will be delayed.

Initially, the singer was set to start her tour on September 7th in Ohio. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it was delayed to September 19th, and will officially begin in Montreal.

Perry announced the postponement herself in a statement released online:

Due to unavoidable production delays, major elements of my tour stage design could not be available for me to rehearse on until this week. I’ll be spending the next few weeks taking the time to properly prepare the show to be an experience I am proud to share with you. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but hope everyone who sees the show will agree it was worth the wait. My first show on WITNESS: The Tour will be in Montreal on September 19.

To make up for the delay, Katy went ahead and announced the opening acts for her tour dates, which will defeinitely give her fans something to look forward to. Noah Cyrus will join the tour from September 19th - November 1st (my baby is rising!), Purity Ring will play from November 7th - December 20th, and Carly Rae Jepsen will be around from January 5th - February 5th.

Once relevant celebrity Paris Hilton simply had to add her five cents into the discussion as she defended her family's longtime friend Donald Trump and his "grab them by the pussy" comment in a new interview.

The 36-year-old heiress started out the interview by stating that she didn’t actually vote for Donald Trump in the recent election because she didn’t vote at all, even though she stated in an interview that she had.

The old perverted Cheetos-lookalike further admitted to watching Paris's infamous One Night in Paris film, even though he has known her since she was a 12-year-old girl. Paris told Marie Claire that Trump watching her sex tape "wasn’t creepy at all. He’s not like that at all, he’s always been so respectful."

She was also asked if Trump‘s "grab them by the pussy" line bothered her. In response, she stated, "I’ve heard guys say some pretty crazy things. Like, worse than that. So I think that when someone doesn’t realize they’re being filmed or recorded, they say things. Especially with a guy." She went on, "So I think it was kind of just one of those things where you’re with someone – I’ve heard guys say the craziest things ever, because I’m always around guys, and I listen to them speak. So I definitely don’t think he would just say that."

Paris fell even deeper into the shithole when she was asked about the claims made by several women stating that he had sexually harassed them. Paris said:

I think that they are just trying to get attention and get fame. I feel like, a lot of people, when something happens all these opportunists will come out. They want to get money or get paid to not say anything or get a settlement when nothing really happened. So I don’t believe any of that. And I’m sure that they were trying to be with him too. Because a lot of women, I’ve seen, like him because he’s wealthy and he’s charming and good-looking so I feel like a lot of these girls just made the story up. I didn’t really pay attention to it. I heard a couple things about it. I don’t believe it.

Later, Paris DMed popular Twitter account PopCrave to clarify that the words were taken out of context.

Kesha's comeback single 'Praying' was released last month to almost unanimous positive reviews, but it seems as though not everyone is too happy about it.

Kesha's former producer and alleged rapist Dr. Luke has come out of hiding once again to confirm that he listened to, and approved, each and every song on Kesha's upcoming Rainbow album: including 'Praying', the feminist anthem that many believed was aimed at him.

"There was no change in Kesha's contractual recording obligations -- she has not succeeded on any legal claim or motion to avoid them," said Luke's legal representative in a statement. "Instead, she was always free to record and refused to. Now, as legally required all along, the album was released with Dr. Luke's approval by Kemosabe which is a joint venture label of Dr. Luke and Sony."

The statement is an interesting twist in the saga of Kesha and Luke. Last month, Dr. Luke had all ties with Sony Records publicly severed after he was cut from their online roster. He was also confirmed to no longer act as the CEO of Kemosabe, the record label he started which Kesha was signed to alongside Sony.

Which begs the question: why does he still have a say in Kesha's releases? Without the contracts in hand, it's difficult to know why someone who is no longer the CEO of a record label that an artist is signed to should have final say on what they release, but we bet it has to do with some strange wording in the legal documents.

More interestingly, why is Luke so happy to release an album full of material that is quite explicitly aimed at him? At this point, it seems as though he's just given up on fighting the publics perception of him, and is happy to take their money as long as he can until his contract with Kesha expires.

In the world of politics today, Donald Trump has yet again broken out a controversy after announcing a newly enforced ban which forbids transgender American citizens from entering the army and serving their country.

The news was announced on Twitter, and immediately received backlash from Twitter users from around the world, and many celebrities. 

Not long after the tweets, the hashtag "#TransRightsAreHumanRights" went viral and was tweeted and shared by thousands of people, including celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga.

After Trump's claims about the costs of transgender people serving in the army, The Washington Post released an article which revealed:

The military spends five times as much on Viagra as it would on transgender troops’ medical care

The Washington Post states that the military spends over forty million dollars funding and buying Viagra, which is almost five times the amount of estimated money which would go towards the healthcare which transgender individuals would need.

Ladies and gentlemen...Sia is back!

Back in August 2016, Sia teased a project called We Are Your Children, which many people assumed would be a new album. According to rumours, Sia's smash hit 'The Greatest' was supposed to be the first single from the album.

However, the song ended up on the deluxe version of Sia's 2016 album This Is Acting instead.

A billion soundtrack songs later, it seems like Sia is cooking up a treat for her fans. The singer posted a photo of Kate Hudson on Twitter with the caption, "My girl @katehudson being a delight on set."

Kate went to extremes to get the role, even shaving her hair off for the secret project with Sia. Earlier this month, she shared a photo from a dance rehearsal with the singer’s dancing muse Maddie Ziegler.

From the looks of things, Sia's brand new single is already finished and the music video is already being shot. Is the buzzcut Sia's new trend after her signature wigs?

Tyler, The Creator has made headlines this week after lyrics alluding to his questionable sexuality have been included on his new album, Scum Fuck Flower Boy.

The album, which has yet to be officially released after leaking eleven days early, includes several tracks referencing his sexuality, including 'I Ain't Got Time', 'Foreword' and 'Garden Shed'. In the former, he raps, "Next line I'll have em' like woah, I've been kissing white boys since 2004." In 'Foreword', he mentions, "See, I was in the woods with flowers, rainbows and posies." And in 'Garden Shed', he paints a picture of internal suppression, saying:

I didn't wanna talk and tell 'em my location

Tyler's lyrics are often controversial and provocative, so we wouldn't take these lyrics as any official confirmation of his sexuality just yet. But when you combine the lyrics with hints he's dropped in interviews and on social media, you can quite easily paint a picture of someone who's been trying to tell the world he's gay for years without anyone taking him seriously. In a Rolling Stone interview, he muddied the waters with this conversation:

For the past two days I’ve wondered, is Tyler actually gay? I cannot emphasize how much gay humor plays a role in the atmosphere around him. It’s like a continuous loop of the “You know how I know you’re gay?” scene in The 40-Year-Old Virgin. At one point on the bus, he recalls sending nude photos to a group chat with his friends and no one responded. “My friends are so used to me being gay,” Tyler says, “they don’t even care.”

I finally ask, Why all the gay humor? “Because I’m gay as fuck,” he says, without a flinch. Seriously, are you gay? Are these repressed feelings? “No, but I am in love with ’96 Leonardo DiCaprio,” he says. “I one hundred percent would go gay for ’96 Leo. Oh, and Cole Sprouse."

And over Twitter, he said quite plainly:

If true, Tyler's sexuality reveal is groundbrekaing the hip-hop community. While Frank Ocean was lauded several years ago for coming out with the release of his debut album, Ocean is an R&B singer rather than a rapper and is held to different standards than rap stars, who are often expected to rap about their money, their penises, and their women.

There's no word yet from Tyler himself, but judging by how outspoken he tends to be we wouldn't surprise a Twitter rant incoming. Stay tuned for updates!

News of Australian rapper Iggy Azalea's new album Digital Distortion dropped about two years ago, yet still she struggles to release it. After her first "comeback" single 'Team', released in March 2016, flopped miserably on charts, things have only gotten messier. 

After a year of fans waiting for news about the album, Iggy released a mess of a single called 'Mo Bounce' which disappeared from charts even faster than 'Team'. The girl tried to sell the song by making a tragic music video of her twerking like crazy (Like girl, Miley invented twerking in 2013! Get the fuck over it!).

However, 'Mo Bounce' wasn't the end of this downward spiral. We got another single called 'Switch'. The song itself was good. She aimed it towards her BRAZEELian fanbase by featuring Brazilian singing sensation Anitta. However, the messiest part of the single release was the promo. She recorded a good music video for the song, but due to the leak of the video's unedited version, she was forced to scrap it.

Now Iggy has turned to Twitter to make things concerning her album even worse, stating that her label doesn't want to release another single from the album. She is still positive about releasing the album (probably, according to her, within the next month or so).

Personally, this latest development just makes me feel even worse for Iggy. How do you feel about it?

On July 2, 2017 The Voice Australia aired its Grand Finale. The winner turned out to be Judah Kelly whose coach on the show was Australian singer Delta Goodrem (whoever she is). Although the contest is mainly about seeking out new talent and watching them perform, we couldn't stop thinking about the stars who were invited to give their performances there.

The first performer of the night was Noah Cyrus. Introduced by her older and more famous and more talented iconic legendary sister Miley Cyrus, Noah performed her new single 'I'm Stuck'. What is noteworthy is that her performing skills have really developed since her first performances, where she looked super stressed and awkward. Watch her performing 'I'm Stuck' below:

The second performer of the night was Niall Horan. The ex-One Direction member performed his new song 'Slow Hands'. In my humble opinion, the performance wasn't memorable, but he did a good job. Props to him!

The last performance of the night was given by Katy Perry. The artist sang her heart out performing her brand new single 'Swish Swish' originally featuring Nicki Minaj. The lyrics video to the song starring Brazilian Butt Queen and worldwide meme Gretchen is already available on YouTube! Katy's performance was amazing. She made use of those props and served some vocals. It's admirable considering she's not the best at singing live. Check her performance below!

Princess of pop Britney Spears is clapping back at people who accuse her of lip syncing during her live concerts, deciding after decades of speculation to respond to the claims in a new interview.

The infamous mime artist was asked how much of her Piece of Me concert is sung live in a recent Israeli TV interview. Britney didn't lose her cool but responded with a well-thought out and clear answer.

"I’m glad you’re addressing this question because it’s really funny," Britney stated. "A lot of people think that I don’t sing live. I usually, because I’m dancing so much, I do have a little bit of playback, but there’s a mixture of my voice and the playback. It really pisses me off because I am busting my ass out there and singing at the same time and nobody ever really gives me credit for it, you know?"

The statement comes just weeks after several embarrassing lip sync fails on Britney's first worldwide tour since Femme Fatale. During one concert in Japan, she struggled to lip sync while taking off a prop mask; and in another she called her audience "horrible" for not cheering loudly enough during her encore, apparently not realising that her microphone was still turned on.

Britney will be performing in Israel for the first time on July 3rd.

Mariah Carey is no stranger to acting, but it seems that she has yet to learn the basic principles of on-set behaviour. For if news from her recent co-stars on comedy film The House is anything to go by, Carey's on-set diva behaviour inconvenienced the crew and "ruined" her cameo, which has been cut from the final edit of the film.

The tea was first spilt by Rob Huebel, who alluded to on-set issues with Carey in an interview with Entertainment Weekly Radio. "We did some re-shoots with a pop star named Mariah Carey," he said at the time. "It did not go well. Fucking what is going on with her? It was bananas."

Next came lead Will Ferrell, who expressed in a Seth Myers interview that Carey had made very specific demands. "There were suggestions that weren't executed. She was on our set and, um, things happened. Things happened and didn't happen," he hinted. "Let's just put it this way: At about midnight, I got a knock on my trailer and said, 'You can just go home. We're not going to get to you.'"

Elaborating on Ferrell's clues, fellow co-star Cedric Yarbrough then took to Facebook to rant about Carey's diva demands in a since-deleted status update. Yarbrough's main gripes with Mariah seem to be her tardiness (which to be fair can be explained away when you're a multi-million dollar earning recording artist) and her refusal to film scenes that matched those of her previously filmed stunt double.

But after waiting for her for 3-4 hours! While we waited the director & team had the idea of doing a stunt that Mariah’s body double would do now & bring in Mariah to match it. They do the stunt. All goes well.

When Mariah finally showed up she refused to match the stunt. ‘Darling, I would never do it that way…’. She then requested a large fan for her hair to be blown around and a camera that would be above her, basically a crane shot. This lady was unprofessional & borderline abusive to our director, who tried his best to appease her every wish.

 

While Yarbrough did spill a lot of tea, he also admitted that he'd excluded the "worst part" of Carey's behaviour, saying that he didn't want to "tell" on her and that he'd only tell people he deemed worthy.

While we've long been a fan of Mariah's diva antics, there does come a point where even her flamboyance can go too far. This drama is just the latest in a long line of bad publicity for Carey, whose New Years Eve performance made headlines for the worst possible reasons, and at this point we can't see things getting better anytime soon. It's a shame, but this will almost definitely affect Mariah's ability to work.

In the ongoing feud between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, it's becoming increasingly clear that there's no real winner. While Taylor has shaded Katy in interview after interview, her diss track 'Bad Blood' was miles more successful than Katy's recent attempt 'Swish Swish'; even though Katy is coming out on top just by discussing the feud and her limited part in it so openly. And in her latest move, Taylor's continuing to cut off her nose to spite her face, assuring mutually assured destruction for both parties with no one a winner.

You'll remember that Taylor has been notoriously anti-Spotify and anti-streaming for a while, ever since she penned an open letter to the company back in November of 2014 on the eve of her 1989 album release. Back then, she told Yahoo:

All I can say is that music is changing so quickly, and the landscape of the music industry itself is changing so quickly, that everything new, like Spotify, all feels to me a bit like a grand experiment. And I’m not willing to contribute my life’s work to an experiment that I don’t feel fairly compensates the writers, producers, artists, and creators of this music.

Since then, she's held firm against Spotify and even attacked Apple Music on its launch for not reimbursing artists who had their music listened to during a free trial period (Swift has since appeared in ads for Apple, suggesting the two are back on good terms). Despite the begging of her fans and a "love letter" Spotify wrote to her to win her back, Swift had apparently decided that she was better than streaming services; and judging by her net revenue last year, she wasn't wrong.

But all that changed on Thursday night when TaylorNation, the Instagram page representing Swift's management team, made the following post:

The significance of this won't be lost on Katy Perry fans, who'll know that for the past few months the newly cropped popstar has been teasing the release of her album Witness. Witness was released on exactly the same day, at exactly the same time as Taylor decided to revive her music on streaming services.

And to rub salt in the wound even more, Swift later announced that all of her albums would be available for a reduced rate on iTunes, clearly in the hopes that a discount would help her albums outnumber Katy's new one in the pop charts.

On the one hand, it's true that the RIAA did announce Swift's milestone just twelve hours before the post was made. On the other hand, it's an extremely unlikely coincidence that Swift's team just happened to organise for every single streaming platform to re-add Perry's music in just twelve hours. And its even more unlikely that none of Swift's handlers would have known about Katy's album release, especially given how much Katy's been talking about Taylor this album cycle.

Amanda Bynes' breakdown is at this point completely legendary. Stretching over a roughly twelve month period from 2013 to 2015, the breakdown saw her rock long teal wigs and Blac Chyna facial dermals, plan to launch a rap career and tell an abundance of celebrities that they were ugly simply for mentioning her name. It also gave us one of the greatest tweets ever bestowed upon mankind with this beautiful message to rapper Drake:

But since being hospitalised in October of 2014, Bynes has kept mum about exactly what was happening to her during that time. Her family released some press statements to let the public know that she was out of recovery and doing well, and Amanda herself returned to Twitter to announce that she had gone to college to study fashion. But we haven't heard from Amanda herself for around three years.

Until now.

Bynes sat down with Hollyscoop for an exclusive interview recently where she discussed how she's been, her future plans on getting back into acting, and yes, even that infamous tweet to Drake.

It's amazingly nostalgic to see and hear Amanda back on our screens again, and it's great that she seems to be doing well. I have to say though, I'm saddened by how stiff and uncomfortable she seems on camera. It seems like the days of the bubbly, bright personality we saw in The Amanda Show are long gone. Instead, this Amanda is reserved, quiet and awkward, even if surprisingly honest and open about her time on drugs. I'm hoping that the more she gets back into the public realm the less nervous she'll seem, but I can't help but wonder if there's something going on with her medication as well.

You might have thought that the era of everyone hating Taylor Swift was well and truly finished when she released her Zayn collab, 'I Don't Wanna Live Forever', late last year. Think again.

For if new reports are anything to go by, three of Swift's most infamous mortal enemies - Calvin Harris, Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry - are teaming up to release a song for the formers new album - and it would be a wasted opportunity not to have them do some dragging while they're all in the same room.

Billboard spilled the beans slyly this week when discussing 'Swish Swish', the newly released song from Perry's new album Witness which also happens to feature Minaj.

"Witness is due to drop June 9.on Capitol Records and will include the already-released tracks 'Chained To The Rhythm' and the Migos-featuring 'Bon Appétit'," they informed us, before letting on: "Perry and Minaj will team up again for the Calvin Harris tune 'Soft Lips'."

While we already knew that Perry would be featuring on Harris's new album, it's interesting news that Nicki is also involved. In case you've forgotten, each of the three artists has their own reason to seek vengeance on Swift: Harris slammed her on Twitter after she went behind his back to tell the public that she had co-written on his single with Rihanna, 'This Is What You Came For'; Perry had to face Swift's public drags after she was referenced in 'Bad Blood'; and Minaj was on trial thanks to Swift's Twitter accusations of disobedience against her.

Sadly, fellow Anti-Swift Squad members Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato are nowhere to be found on the album, but there are some other great singers like Frank Ocean, Migos, Young Thug, Future, Khalid, Travis Scott, Kehlani, Pharrell, Big Sean, John Legend, Schooboy Q, Ariana Grande, D.R.A.M., Lil Yachty, Jessie Reyez, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Snoop Dogg joining the mix. Phew.

We're not yet sure if the song will be released as a single, but given the high profile collaborators it would be a shame not to promo the hell out of it. Either way, we won't have long to wait: Funk Wav Bounce Vol. 1 is set to drop on June 30th.

Miley Cyrus will be going back to her roots with the release of her brand new single 'Malibu' next Thursday, May 11th.

In a recent interview with Billboard, Miley revealed that the single was written on the way to a taping of the hit talent show The Voice where she used to be a judge and in which we will see her later this year as well. "I drive myself everywhere, but that day I decided to Uber," she revealed. "I was trying not to sing out loud because someone else was in the car."

The Disney Channel legend described the song as "controversial in its sweetness" and said that it was dedicated to her fiancee Liam Hemsworth. Moreover, the writer John Norris describes it as "gimmick-free pop-rock unlike anything she has recorded before". The lyrics go as follows: "I never would’ve believed you if three years ago you told me I’d be here writing this song/But here I am, next to you, the sky so blue, in Malibu."  

After the super provocative and controversial Bangerz era, which was followed by the psychedelic and extremely sexualised Dead Petz era, Miley seems to be willing to tone down her image this time.

Don your double denim, hatch some Digimon and cornrow your hair - because if new reports are anything to go by, the 90s are officially back. That's right: just weeks after the release of Beauty and the Beast, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears might be collaborating on a brand new song, which means that all your childhood dreams are coming true.

To be fair, the only evidence we have of the track are some well-timed social media interactions, but we all know how important those can be in the digital age.

Exhibit A: Timbaland likes Justin and Britney couple pics on Instagram

Frequent J.T. producer Timbaland, who's worked on songs such as 'SexyBack' and 'Suit & Tie', went on an Instagram liking spree the other day, double tapping more than 100 photos of Justin and Britney together. Most of these were on pages with names such as 'lovejustney' and 'britneyjustinn', which, as well as letting us know just how many people still stan the couple, are interesting because it's clear Timbo was deliberately trolling through tags.

The liking spree happened on the same night as Timbo was in the studio with Justin, Pharrell, Danja and Chad Hugo. While Britney has yet to work with Timbaland (despite many rumours to the contrary), she has worked with Pharrell on songs like 'Boys' and Danja on tracks like 'Gimme More'.

Justin's mum, Lynn Harless, also got in on the action, liking couple photos and following Britney, her sister Jamie Lynn, her mum Lynne, her ex-husband Kevin Federline and Brit's assistant Felicia on Instagram.

Exhibit D: Justin is acting shady on Twitter

The weirdest part of all of this is what Justin himself has been doing. He took to Twitter to repost a sub-tweet he made four years ago about Britney, and then minutes later deleted the retweet. The first tweet was originally made in 2013 after reports swirled saying that Justin had called Britney a bitch. Allegedly, he said, "Sometimes in life, you think you found the one. But then one day you find out, that she is just some bitch!" He later took to Twitter to affirm, "Ok. I see you. Wouldn't disrespect ANYONE personally. Ever. #Relax #ItsBritneyBitch I do love that saying though*with accent* #Respect". Justin today RTed this second message, before reversing it just moments later.

If true, the track wouldn't be the first the duo have worked on together. Justin wrote on Britney's 2001 song 'What It's Like To Be Me' and her unreleased gem 'She'll Never Be Me', and there's rumours the two worked with Michael Jackson and Madonna on a song called 'We Are Kings'. Following their breakup, the two also shared subliminal diss tracks towards each other, including the famous 'Cry Me A River' and 'Everytime'.

In 2007, Timbaland confirmed that he had also discussed working on a Britney song with Justin, but that while he was up for it she had turned the opportunity down. Then, last year Britney casually slipped into an interview that out of all the collaborators she could choose in the world, she would choose Justin. In a red carpet interview, Timberlake responded that he would "absolutely" be down to work with her as well.

Timberlake and Spears dated from 1999 - 2002. He's now married to actress Jessica Biel, while Britney has shacked up with 23 year old Sam Asghari, who also appeared in her 'Slumber Party' music video.

The Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz album will probably be looked upon as one of the weirdest, most experimental projects a mainstream pop act has ever recorded. The album in it's entirety was uploaded on Soundcloud in 2015 and left the world "shooketh" with its extraordinary, psychedelic sound and audacious visuals.

Part of the shock value of the album came from the fact that it was a surprise release. Miley had been talking about releasing a new album for a while, but her Smilers were shocked when she released the tracks to stream for free on Soundcloud right after her VMA's hosting gig. Her record label RCA wasn't convinced that she should release such a controversial and unprofitable project, but Miley insisted that if they didn't let her do it, she would buy herself out of her contract to do so on her own terms.

Just when we thought that Britney Spears - twotime ex-wife, mother, Las Vegas showgirl and Hollywood starlet - couldn't add more to her plate, she's gone and proved us wrong by adding "political ingenue" to her resumé.

For if recent statements by the Israeli Labor Party are anything to go by, Britney's upcoming concert in Tel Aviv has postponed the date of their primary elections.

Brit first announced her first concert in Israel a few months ago, when she confirmed her Britney Spears: Piece of Me Vegas show would be hitting the road in places like Japan and The Phillipines. The Tel Aviv concert is set to occur on July 3rd in the city's huge Yarkon Park - which, coincidentally, was the same day set aside for the primaries.

The party, the social-democratic HaAvoda group, confirmed the news in a short publicity statement where they refused to mention Britney by name but mentioned the park and the "major event" occurring there on that day.

"The election date was delayed by one day due to the fact that there is a major event at Yarkon Park on July 3."

Allegedly, the main reason the concert was pushed back was because the Spears concert is intended to pull such huge crows. A recent Rolling Stones gig there drew over 50 000 people, and the park itself can hold up to 100 000; but with so many people on the roads the party was concerned that traffic would be too bad for voters to travel to their polling stations.

One things for sure: even with Arnold Schwarznegger as governor and Sonny Bono as mayor, no previous celebrity has been able to postpone an entire election. You better work bitch! 

In an interesting twist to the long, drawn-out lawsuit between Kesha and her former producer and manager Dr. Luke, the 'Tik Tok' singer has been accused of being "abusive", "crazy" and of acting like someone who's on drugs in old e-mails from her former manager leaked by Luke's legal team.

In a brief recap to the neverending saga, Kesha was denied the ability to leave her record contract with RCA Records in courts last year, effectively tying her to Dr. Luke, the producer behind her biggest hits who she has accused of verbal and sexual assault. While Kesha has appealed the ruling, Luke has since asked the judge to add a defamation clause against her over some text messages she sent to friend Lady Gaga, in which she apparently stated that another female popstar had also been raped by Luke. In response, Kesha's legal team stated that Luke is blocking her from releasing new music and is withholding money she is owed, while Luke in turn claimed that she owed him $1.3 million in royalties. In a further attempt to prove her case of verbal abuse, Kesha hit back by releasing e-mails between Luke and her former manager Monica Cornia where he alleges that A-List producers were turning down work with her due to her weight and says "I don't give a shit what you want".

Retaliating to Kesha's leaks, Dr. Luke's legal team filed into evidence their own set of e-mails sent from her team to Luke back in 2010. One e-mail, sent from Kesha's road manager Emily Burton, alleges verbal abuse:

She came downstairs (45 minutes late) and pulled me out of the van to scream at me while sobbing saying ‘there is a time and place and it isn’t 7:30 in the morning! I need y’all to help me here. At least talk to her. I know she is crazy but she is also abusive and ignorant of my role…She can be such a kid but a kid off her rocker is the worst kind of kid. Help. How can I get out of here sooner than was planned?

In another leaked e-mail with the subject line "Heads rolling", Burton discusses some firings that Kesha had authorised, saying, "K$ now in a really cut throat mood." In response, Jack Royner, co-president of Vector Management, states, “she really sounds like someone who is doing drugs. so erratic. a couple of hours all is going well now she wants to dump the whole lot. this doesn’t feel right even with kesha standards.”

Another member of Kesha's management team writes "she is is nuts". Kesha's manager, Nicki Loranger, writes to Royner about needing “to have a larger conversation with you about Kesha” and how she “abuses the shit out of [Tessa, Kesha’s personal assistant], but it is totally not working. She can’t control Kesha at all, everyone in the crew and band are calling me complaining, Kesha’s basically just gone rogue." Royner responds, "it was worth putting up with her complete insanity when she was a big money earner. it’s def not now."

In a strange attempt to reinvent his image into that of a cute and cuddly teddy bear, Luke's legal team also included e-mails he sent to Kesha suggesting that she should head back into rehab for a "tune up". "I know you said you looked like a lesbo but i disagree - you looked radiant and beautiful,” he wrote to the LGBT rights activist. "You’re doing exactly what you’re meant to be doing right now. You’re actualizing your dreams. I’m proud of you and love you very much! xo L."

While the e-mails are hardly proof of innocence one way or another, they do provide a new perspective on the singer who has up until this point been painted purely as a victim. For her part, Burton (who accused Kesha of abuse) has never confronted her in court and does not seem to have encouraged the leaking of the e-mails.

Singer Lana Del Rey has alluded to conducting a witchcraft practise on Twitter in an effort to "bind" US President Donald Trump.

Fans noticed the Tweet as soon as it was posted, but many assumed that the dates included, which read "Feb 24, March 26, April 24, May 23" were in someway related to her album campaign and not the current state of world politics.

However, after the day of the 24th came and went without any career announcement from Del Rey, people started searching for alternate explanations. It seems that the four dates she posted are in fact days of the waning crescent moon - a time which witches think of as a point in your life to relieve stress and negativity from the world.

Del Rey's instruction of "midnight" aligns the Tweet with a movement online which aims to "Bind Donald Trump". According to the movement, followers were to cast at midnight on Friday Eastern Standard Time (as this is the time zone Trump is currently residing in) in an effort to "bind" him - which is apparently the magical equivalent of "ripping the bullhorn from his hands, smashing his phone so he can’t tweet, tying him up, and throwing him in a dark basement where he can’t hurt anyone".

The ingredients used are relatively easy to find, and include an "unflattering photo of Trump", a "Tower tarot card" (which can be printed at home, an "orange candle" (or a baby orange vegetable) and a feather. Adherents should arrange the items in a circle and read a prayer aloud, such as the 23rd Psalm.

Del Rey must be taking a break from the production on her as yet untitled upcoming fifth studio album. The lead single, 'Love', was released a week ago on the 18th with a vintage-inspired music video coming soon after. The album is set to follow later this year.

As we all know, Disney is continuing its run of live-action films based on animated classics, and Lindsay Lohan really wants to have a role in one. The one-time Disney star doesn't just want whichever role she can nab, but specifically wants to play Ariel, the main protagonist in The Little Mermaid. The ginger beauty would be perfect for that role!

In summer 2016, it was reported that Disney execs were in talks about a possible live-action The Little Mermaid movie. That November, Broadway's Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda told Vulture that he was in "super-early talks" to take part in the film, following reports he had teamed up with the 1989 animated movie's composer Alan Menken to pen its new songs. Miranda had recently starred and written music for Disney's Moana.

The actress has often said in interviews that Ariel is her dream role. In November, she unofficially pitched Disney the idea via social media.

Lohan's breakout performance was in the 1998 Disney movie The Parent Trap. She then played roles in other Disney movies such as Herbie: Fully Loaded or Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. However, Lindsay is most-known for her role in the movie Mean Girls which is ICONIC!

The words, "I will sing again" gave me life. Lindsay has improved so much lately. She looks better than she has in years and it seems like this movie would be a perfect comeback for her. I really want this to happen since I need to hear her voice singing again. Y'all don't know how hard it is to stan for her, but as a fan, I am really happy for her that she wants to get back on track!

Ryan Murphy has revealed that the upcoming series of his hit FX anthology show American Horror Story will be focused around last years presidential election.

While he has often been known to announce the themes for each season of AHS in elaborate promotional videos or endless social media teasings, Murphy opted to drop this particular bombshell out of the blue on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live today.

Asking Murphy if he had "any new American Horror Story news", Cohen seemed to not really expect any real answer to come his way, and was surprised when Murphy gave up as much information as he did with very little prodding.

After recovering from his apparent shock, Cohen questioned, "Will there be a Trump character?", to which Murphy enigmatically replied, "Maybe".

Murphy confirmed that while there was not yet a title for the series, it is well planned out and set to begin filming as early as June.

However, there's no word yet on how closely the series will follow the election or whether it will be used merely as a backdrop or as a specific concept. Previous AHS themes so far have included a Murder House, an Asulym, a Coven, a Freak Show, and a Hotel - so the idea of doing something as specific as an election promises an interesting season for the show.

A new set of photographs purporting to expose the "secret" life of screen siren Marilyn Monroe have been revealed today.

The newly released portraits of the elusive actress were prized possessions of her onetime friend and confidante Frieda Hull, a member of the so-called "Monroe Six" - a group of friends based in New York who followed the actress around the world to take personal photographs of her. After a while, Monroe recognised the group and struck up a close friendship with each member.

The set of photographs in question were taken on the 8th of July, 1960 just outside Fox Studios in New York where Monroe was filming her iconic film, The Misfits. Hull had kept the photographs, which she allegedly called "the pregnancy slides", hidden from the public before she died of natural causes in 2014 at age 83. They were sold at an auction in Julien's Auctions Hollywood in November for a meagre $2911, but only released to the public today.

According to buyer Tony Michaels, who was a longtime friend and next door neighbour of the photographer Hull, the images took pride of place in her catalogue. "Frieda was very proud of those slides and she was very proud to keep them a secret until the day she died. But she told me the story behind them that Marilyn got pregnant by Yves Montand."

He went on to confirm, "It wasn’t a guess or a presumption; it was something she knew for sure, she was very close to Marilyn. As far as she was concerned Marilyn was pregnant in the summer of 1960 and the slides prove it.”

The news may come as a surprise to fans who recall that Monroe was at the time married not to Montand but to playwright Arthur Miller. Marilyn had met Italian-French heartthrob Montant on the set of Lets Make Love, and was rumoured to have had an affair with the married actor for quite some time, with his once wife Simone Signoret once saying, "If Marilyn is in love with my husband it proves she has good taste, for I am in love with him too."

Monroe completed filming The Misfits in 1961, and divorced Miller soon after. Reportedly, she spent ten days in hospital during the shooting of the film for a severe mental breakdown stemming from a miscarriage. Her death a year later has been the source of intense speculation from fans, conspiracy theorists and even the FBI for decades after.

In the photos, Marilyn Monroe looks her vivacious, curvaceous self as she flashes her signature smile to the camera. She leans against a metal banister dressed in a pastel pink shirt and grey pencil skirt, her apparent baby bump pressing clearly against her outfit as she grins widely. In that one moment, at least, Monroe appears blissfully unaware of any troubles that she would face over the next two years.

Troubled popstar Kesha has leaked some very upsetting e-mails in her legal quest to break all ties with former label head, manager and record producer Dr. Luke.

In what seems to be a continuously ongoing battle, Kesha alleged in court over two years ago that Luke was mentally and sexually abusive. One year later, a judge ruled that Kesha can’t break her exclusive recording contract with Sony and Dr. Luke, despite claims that he’d drugged and raped her and called her a "fat fucking refrigerator" which would later to go on to trigger a stint in rehab for an eating disorder.

Now, she’s asking the judge to reconsider their decision.

Kesha's latest claim states that she wants to "be free from her abuser and rebuild her physical, emotional, and mental health," as her attorney writes in court papers filed this week.

In a response that has surprised no one, Dr. Luke has stood his ground and vehemently denied the claims.

Nevertheless, newly released emails between Luke and Kesha’s manager Monica Cornia give some credence to the artist’s claims that the producer was heartless when it came to her weight and did in fact play some part in her eating disorder.

"Nobody was calling anybody out," Luke wrote to Cornia at 2:11 a.m. on June 28, 2012, according to one of the leaks. "We were having a discussion on how she can be more disciplined with her diet. there have been many times we have all witnessed her breaking her diet plan. this particular time — it happened to be diet coke and turkey while on an all juice fast."

In her response, Cornia asks him to calm down as Kesha is "a human and not a machine" before adding, "if she were a machine that would be way cool and we could do whatever we want".

Furthermore, Dr. Luke had stated in an earlier message that "A list songwriters and producers are reluctant to give Kesha their songs because of her weight" - a strange comment given the fact that Kesha writes all of her own music which is almost exclusively produced by Luke himself.

In an e-mail from May 2012, Cornia discusses a fight between the singer and her producer over lyrics for what would become her club banging single 'Crazy Kids', from her second album Warrior. In her e-mail, the manager states that Dr. Luke had wanted Kesha to rap the phrase, "You see us in the club sip sippin bub"; while Kesha, who said that she did not go to clubs, had preferred, "You see us in the streets we da we da freaks."

According to Cornia, Luke's response was: "I don’t give a shit what you want. If you were smart you would go in and sing it."

She adds that Kesha tried to reach an agreement with Dr. Luke, but understandably "didn’t feel comfortable talking to him" in the studio. According to Cornia, "he refused to come downstairs so we left."

"She wears the pants in MY house?", Luke allegedly questioned in a rage.

Both parties are scheduled for a telephone conference with the judge next week, but given her past experiences with the law it's not looking great for Kesha's legal team.

After releasing her debut single 'Armageddon', which was an unexpectedly amazing bop, newcomer Michelle Treacy returns with a brand new video for her new single 'Colours'.

The song is amazing and the star looks banging!

In a behind-the-scenes video which was posted on her VEVO just a few days ago, Treacy described the song as being about "accepting our differences and accepting who we are". It's a timely message given the anti-LGBTQ sentiment that has been spread in the past few months, and the rainbow colours she describes surely can't be coincidental.

The concept of the video is relatively simple, featuring Michelle walking around a warehouse while her band plays in the background and the lyrics are displayed in various - you guessed it - colours around her.

Yesterday, one of the biggest events of the Los Angeles social scene, namely the annual Clive Davis Pre-GRAMMY Party, took place. Presented in association with the Recording Academy, the party is among the most coveted invitations of Grammy week. Past events have featured show-stopping performances from Whitney Houston, Barry Manilow, Miley Cyrus and Pharrell Williams. But Clive Davis's party is just one of many that swamp GRAMMY week. Here are some of the celebrities attending them.

Undoubtedly, the best-dressed award goes to Demi Lovato who looked absolutely stunning at the Pre-GRAMMY Brunch. The 24-year-old attended the event with Roc Nation.

At the same party, we spotted another A-list star - Rihanna, who nailed this amazing outfit.

When it comes to male celebs, we have to admit that Pete Wentz looked absolutely gorgeous at the Clive Davis Party.

Speaking of male artists, we can't snub Zayn - duh!  

Princess of Pop, Britney Spears, also made an appearance at the Clive Davis Party. While her outfit was banging and her figure looks amazing (the queen is back!), there was something weird about her make-up.

There was also Rita Ora. Her look would be perfect, but gurl...you need to take care of these eyebrows ASAP.

We also encountered some not-so-good looks this GRAMMY season. Firstly, Lorde in her boring dress. Who wears a dress over a shirt in the 21st century?

While she served an amazing look in 2012, this time Jessie J decided to ruin her look with an atrocious outfit. However, her makeup and jewellery was on point.

Of course, there's a special place in hell reserved for Halsey who looked very mediocre in her jumpsuit. And yes...she has grills on her teeth... 

Kris Jenner decided to channel her inner Sia and wore a chandelier.
